【摘 要】目前國內的光伏組件生產工廠仍屬于勞動密集型企業,生產效率較低,勞動強度高,生產過程中組件隱裂等質量問題難以控制,嚴重制約產能,大大拉升了制造成本。針對以上問題,提出了一種全自動太陽能電池組件封裝生產線技術方案。經生產實踐,實現了從太陽能電池片至太陽能光伏組件的全部封裝過程,具有適用范圍廣、自動化程度高、智能化程度高的特點,避免了人工操作誤差大、效率低問題,極大地降低了人工成本,提高了組件生產效率。

【Abstract】At present, the producing of PV modules in China is still a labor-intensive enterprise, low production efficiency and high labor intensity. The quality problems such as component cracking and so on caused in the production process are difficult to control, which seriously restrict the production capacity and greatly increase the manufacturing cost. In view of the above problems, a full automatic solar cell assembly line technology scheme is proposed in this paper. Through production practice, it realized from all packaging process of solar cells to solar photovoltaic modules, which has the characteristics of wide application range, high degree of automation and high intelligence, avoid the manual operation error and low efficiency. The assembly line greatly reduces the labor cost and improves the production efficiency of components.
【Key words】Solar cell; Component encapsulation; Production line; Scheme; Ethercat network transmission隨著人口不斷增多,可再生資源人均占有量越來越少,新能源的開發與利用已經越來越為全世界所重視,光伏行業的發展正在以前所未有的速度得到世界各國的普遍認可與重視,光伏電池蘊藏著巨大的行業產能,而人工成本越來越高,光伏組件單品加工費降低,因此大幅提高設備工作效率,提高設備自動化、信息化程度成為設備制造商急需解決的問題[1-2]。
1 總體方案設計
全自動太陽能組件生產線通過全自動傳輸線連接組件封裝各個生產環節,主要由太陽電池組件串焊機、排版機、匯流條焊接機、層壓機、組框機以及測試儀等14個功能單元構成,整條生產線可根據客戶要求,加裝不同封裝設備模塊,實現太陽電池組件全套生產流程。 全自動太陽能電池組件封裝生產線運用了電腦三維輔助功能,利用三維建模方式,可為客戶提供整線布局個性化定制方案,自動化控制系統集中了分布式IO、伺服控制、Ethercat網絡傳輸通訊等技術,通過伺服驅動,定位準確;……
