（1）On the Amendment of Real Security Rules of Civil Code——Focus on Parts of Civil Code(Draft)

Based on the “Property Law”,the “Parts of Civil Code（Draft）”mainly expands the scope of the secured property,amends the rules for the transfer of collateral,and improves the priority rules between/among competing rights,and deletes the regulations of the specific registration agency.To reflect the results of the new-round reform of rural land system,land contractual management rights,land management rights and homestead use rights should be clearly defined as secured assets.In addition to accounts receivable,the charging rights on real estate and the rights to proceeds should be added as the pledged rights.In addition to stipulating the tracing effectiveness of the mortgage,the collateral transfer rules shall pay attention to balancing the interests between the mortgagee,the mortgagor and the collateral acquirer.The priority rules consists of general rules and special rules,and adheres to the general priority rules of“first preformed,first priority” and “unpreformed,equal priority”.The relevant special rules should be improved in the textual expression.After deleting the specific provisions of the registration authority,an authorization provision shall be stipulated which gives State Council the rights to designate an unified movable property registration agency according to the specific institutional reform situation.

(3)The Achievement ang Significance to the World of China’s New Vision for Development since Reform and Opening Up——A Comparison of the New Liberalist View of Develop ment

In the latest 40 years of China’s reform and opening up,the world as a whole has entered the stage of neoliberal development under the leadership of the west.Over the past 40 years,China has made remarkable achievements in economic and social development.China’s development path has become clearer and its development concept has become more and more mature.At the same time,the western neoliberal view of development has fallen into a kind of dilemma.At the time of 40 years of reform and opening up,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to compare the differences between China’s new vision for development and new liberalist view of development.As a whole,the two development ideas have the following core differences:firstly,the fundamental purpose of development is different;secondly,the understanding of the relationship between market and government is different;thirdly,the spatial structure of development is different.Through comparative analysis,it can be seen in a sense that China’s new vision for development has surpassed the new liberalist view of development and is of great significance to the whole world.

(4)Form of Poetics and Quest for Philosophy——On the Academic Achievement of Bakhtin's Novel Theory

As one of the most influential thinkers in the 20thcentury,Bakhtin made a remarkable contribution to the field of novel theory.He not only put forward a series of new and thought-provoking concepts,categories,and viewpoints to elucidate the methodology of novel studies,which increased the cognition of this original genre,but also exerted a far-reaching impact on other disciplines.Bakhtin’s theory adapted to and promoted the “linguistic turn”,and brought inspiration to the emergence and development of various “post-isms”.Even in the contemporary era of“after theory”,Bakhtin’s theo-ry became a source of ideas for overcoming the dilemma of traditional literary studies.Especially,by delicately combining poetic studies with philosophical quests,Bakhtin’s theory anticipated the advent of cross-disciplinary age in humanistic studies,and provided an open thought system consisting of both monologue and anti-monologue,in which any thought and behavior can be appropriately placed according to its own worth and deemed as an enriching component part of the whole structure.

（5）From Governmental Management to Non-Governmental Operation:Transition of Ferry Management Mode in Qing Dynasty——A Sample Study on Bijin Ferry in Yiyang County

During the early period of Qing Dynasty,local governments mainly ran ferries with official employees.Yiyang,which was a county under Hunan Province established the Bijin Official Ferry.In the mid period of Emperor Qianlong’s reign,people also set up another Bijin Charitable Ferry in the county.As a result,the conflict over official or charitable nature of the ferries broke out.with intermediation of the authority,part of the charitable ferry’s assets were transferred to the offcial one,which satisfied both the government and people at the moment.During Emperor Guangxu’s reign,the conflict further escalated.The Yiyang authority finally decided to run all the ferries with Non-Governmental organizations by replacing ferries official employees with heads of charitable ferries.Both official employees and people were tools for the local governments to manage the ferry affairs,the Bijin Ferry’s example reflected transition of the management entities on ferry affairs from governments to Non-Governmental organizations in Qing Dynasty.

（6）Trust lack and Construction of Chinese Environmental Rule-of-law

It’s a new perspective to study Chinese environmental rule-of-law through trust based on various disciplinary views.From interpersonal trust analysis of Chinese environmental rule-of-law based on psychology,social trust analysis of Chinese environmental rule-of-law based on sociology,and political trust analysis of Chinese environmental rule-of-law based on politics,we can find the internal connections between the trust lack and the conceptual conflicts,the low authority of environmental law system and the operational obstacle of Chinese environmental rule-of-law,which also accounts for the dysfunction of Chinese environmental rule-of-law.Getting out of the dilemma,we need to strengthen conceptual,institutional and operational trust of Chinese environmental rule-of-law so as to enhance the role of trust in supporting Chinese environmental rule-of-law.
