【Abstract】The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the socialist core values of “promoting prosperity，democracy，civilization and harmony，advocating freedom，equality，fairness，rule of law and advocating patriotism，dedication，integrity and friendship.” Only by actively nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism can we unify our thinking and cohere force for the socialist modernization so as to realize the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way during the 100th anniversary of the founding of the founding nation and build a socialist modern nation during the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Peoples Republic of China so as to realize the realization of the Chinese nation The great rejuvenation.

The Chinese nation has a long history of 5，000 years， with an extensive and profound traditional culture and a long history.Traditional culture embodies the characteristics of our Chinese nation and is a unique concept of value that our Chinese people will consciously apply in our daily lives. They are all embodied in the “three advocations” of the socialist core values without any omission. Therefore， we “must cultivate and practice the core values of socialism based on the excellent Chinese traditional culture.” Solid core values have their inherent roots. To abandon the tradition and throw away the fundamental means to cut off the spiritual lifeline of our own. Three Advocating “must” draw rich nutrition from it， otherwise it will not have vitality and influence.“With the outstanding Chinese traditional culture，” three advocates “will become” the passive water and the woodless.endprint

Chinese excellent traditional culture combines the individual， the home and the state-owned machine. Just as the “three advocations” bring the country， society and citizens together， we must inherit and carry forward the essence from the traditional culture. Without forgetting， we can open up the future，Good at inheritance to better innovate.General Secretary Xi Jinping said：“Chinese excellent traditional culture has become a gene of the Chinese nation， rooted in the hearts of Chinese people， and imperceptibly influencing the Chinese way of thinking and behavior.”Through the values based on the outstanding Chinese traditional culture into peoples social life.

2 Second， the “three advocations” come from the unremitting efforts of the Chinese people to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation since the modern era

Ancient China has a brilliant civilization， brilliant achievements. Since the reunification of the Qin and Han Dynasties， the Chinese nation has stood firmly in the forests of the nations of the world with the creation of both material wealth and spiritual wealth in the forefront of the world. China has always maintained its position as the worlds first. Since the modern days， however， foreign quarries have opened the door to China. Since then， the Chinese nation and the Chinese people have suffered trampling of wanton foreign countries and also opened a historical chapter in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The October Revolution in Russia brought Marxism to China and from then on Marxism spread widely in China. Later， combining Marxism with the workers movement in China created a new political party， the Chinese Communist Party. Since having the Chinese Communist Party， the face of the Chinese revolution has been completely renewed. On October 1， 1949， the founding of the Peoples Republic of China marked the great victory of the new-democratic revolution.The majority of the working people have truly stood up and become the masters of the country and realized the peoples democracy. In the period of reform and opening up， we have explored the right path suitable for Chinas construction and farther and farther down this path.

After generations of unremitting efforts， the Chinese people have never been so close to their dreams as they are today. Few people， like the Chinese nation， After suffering and brilliant； few countries， in the continuous struggle， always adhere to the same dream.” In the course of striving for self-improvement and heroic struggle by the Chinese people and the Chinese nation in modern times， all reflect the pursuit of the countrys prosperity， democracy， social freedom and equality， and peoples patriotism. 3 Third，“three advocates” come from the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics

From the beginning of reform and opening up， we have combined the basic tenets of Marxism with the concrete practice of China，achieved a tremendous historic leap forward and started the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the reform and opening up， the reason why we have won a great victory is， in the final analysis，because：we have opened up the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics，formed the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and established a socialist system with Chinese characteristics.

In the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics，we have made a series of great achievements in politics， economy， culture， society and the construction of citizens. In economic terms， we have implemented the socialist market economy. Our economy ranks second in the world in terms of total economic output. Social productivity， economic strength and scientific and technological strength have taken a big step forward. The living standards of the people， the income level of residents， and social security have taken a big leap forward. Step， comprehensive national strength， international competitiveness， international influence has reached a large stage. In politics， the continuous development of our socialist democratic politics has brought about the stability and unity of the society， the clean and efficient government， and the unity and harmony among the people of all ethnic groups across the country. Culturally， we have energetically developed socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and vigorously developed a socialist culture that is modern， world-oriented and future-oriented， and which is nationalistic， scientific and popular. In social construction， we pay attention to improving peoples livelihood and strive to form a harmonious society in which democracy and the rule of law， integrity and fraternity， stability and order， fairness and justice， and man and nature live in harmony.

From this we can see that in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics，the development of economy has made the country prosperous，politically more democratic，more fair and equitable in society，free and equal development of all people， and a stronger patriotic spirit among citizens， all of which are related to “Three advocates” echoes.
