Art of the viewing stone, as an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture, had been already officially approved to be listed in the list of representative projects of fourth items of national intangible cultural heritage by the State Council in December 2014 under the efforts of all the people in the stone circle represented by Viewing Stone Association of China. In April 2015, the Viewing Stone Association of China has been identified as the “art of stone” protection unit.

New times, new thought, new goals in a new journey. For three years, the Viewing Stone Association of China gather all the wisdom of viewing stone players, comply with the expectation of the people in stone circle, insist on developing and expanding the art of the viewing stone with unwavering determination, carry out the “six in one”new concept of both viewing stone and the green concept firmly and unshakably, correct the concept of development firmly, change the mode of development, push on the conduct propaganda of art of viewing stone steadily as well as the study on the school of viewing stone’s art,card the viewing stone’s literature. All of these work will enhance our cultural confidence and help us to realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenate.

Under the leadership of the viewing Stone Association of China, our magazine will actively heritage and carry forward the tradition of the art of viewing stone, promote the art of viewing stone and humanity stone appreciation, carry out a series of publicity reports to Shanghai and Liuzhou’s art of stone appreciation, and plan the special topic of intangible cultural heritage, set up reading report column, use words that can explain the profound theories in simple language to comb the schools of viewing stone’s art systematically, explore the ancient viewing stone’s style excavated in the literature records, resurrection the spirit of ancient classical stone,and spread of concept of viewing stone’s art.

Meanwhile, A number of advanced group which send force positively to inherit and carry forward the art of viewing stone have sprung up in the society.
