[摘要] 微信公眾平臺(tái)作為一種自媒體形式,在當(dāng)前的即時(shí)通訊、信息傳遞等方面顯示出其巨大的影響力。無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血事業(yè)是我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的重要內(nèi)容之一,借助于微信公眾平臺(tái)的強(qiáng)大號(hào)召力,不僅有效拓展了無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳的途徑,而且還有力的增強(qiáng)了無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募的效能,在促進(jìn)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血事業(yè)發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。基于此,本文對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募中微信公眾平臺(tái)運(yùn)用的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析和探究,以期為無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募中微信公共平臺(tái)的運(yùn)用提供有效建議。

[Abstract] The WeChat public platform, as a form of self-media, shows its great influence in the current instant messaging messaging and other aspects. Voluntary blood donation career is one of the important content of medical and health undertakings in our country, with the aid of WeChat powerful appeal to the public platform, not only effective ways to expand the publicity of voluntary blood donation, but also effectively enhance the publicity of voluntary blood donation to the efficiency of unpaid blood donation career promotion plays a very important role. Based on this, in this paper, the publicity of voluntary blood donation in recruiting WeChat public platform using relevant content are analyzed and explored, the publicity of voluntary blood donation in order to recruit WeChat the use of public platform to provide effective suggestions.

現(xiàn)今,以微信作為宣傳和營(yíng)銷手段已經(jīng)成為眾多企業(yè)和媒體進(jìn)行廣告?zhèn)鞑サ姆绞健6跓o(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募中運(yùn)用微信公眾平臺(tái)已然成為現(xiàn)今諸多城市開展無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳的重要方式之一。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血事業(yè)在發(fā)展中所取得的效果較為良好,但是仍時(shí)常面臨緊缺性問(wèn)題[1]。因此,如何在微信公眾平臺(tái)中進(jìn)行無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募,且充分發(fā)揮微信平臺(tái)具有的作用,提高公眾對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血工作的支持,積極的參與到無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血中去,則是本文接下來(lái)所要分析的問(wèn)題。
1 微信公眾平臺(tái)在無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募中應(yīng)用的背景
無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血作為一項(xiàng)社會(huì)公益事業(yè),是現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)醫(yī)療血液的主要來(lái)源,無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血活動(dòng)的開展,為醫(yī)院診療工作的開展提供了必要的物質(zhì)支持,在拯救他人生命的事業(yè)中做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。自從國(guó)內(nèi)在1998年頒布了《獻(xiàn)血法》之后,國(guó)家以法律的形式對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,這種說(shuō)明在一定程度上激
發(fā)了社會(huì)各界的獻(xiàn)血積極性,促進(jìn)了國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血事業(yè)的發(fā)展[2]。但是從我國(guó)的醫(yī)療用血量、人口基數(shù)以及無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的比例發(fā)展等角度來(lái)看,我國(guó)的無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血發(fā)展仍然處在初級(jí)階段,與國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比仍具有一定的差距,沒(méi)有形成現(xiàn)代化的無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血機(jī)制,例如季節(jié)性的血液缺失、偏型血型的血荒問(wèn)題等比較特殊,并且對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的群眾支持率也相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)是比較低的,加上一些謠言和不利聲音的影響,社會(huì)總體對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的認(rèn)同率相對(duì)較低[3]。在社會(huì)層面難以形成無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的社會(huì)價(jià)值觀念,在這種情況下,為了改善無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血體系存在的不足,實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的長(zhǎng)期性與穩(wěn)定性,避免出現(xiàn)季節(jié)性血液缺失、血荒等諸多問(wèn)題,需要相關(guān)部門與工作人員加大對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血意義和價(jià)值的宣傳,招募更多的無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血志愿者,也就是要在傳統(tǒng)宣傳招募途徑的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募途徑進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新。微信公眾平臺(tái)作為現(xiàn)代一種影響力巨大的自媒體平臺(tái)和信息傳遞通信工具,有著較為深厚的受眾群體,對(duì)于社會(huì)各界都有著較強(qiáng)的輻射能力,將無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募與微信公眾平臺(tái)之間的銜接,對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血宣傳招募事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到重要推動(dòng)作用。因此,積極順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求和特點(diǎn),利用好微信公眾平臺(tái)的宣傳優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)對(duì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的宣傳招募,不斷擴(kuò)大無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的志愿者隊(duì)伍,確保血液庫(kù)存,為臨床用血提供可靠的支持[4]。
