WK-10B型電鏟分層選采效率研究

針對(duì)伊敏露天礦16#煤層組分層賦存條件,通過(guò)定義挖掘條件系數(shù)和分層作業(yè)效率的概念及計(jì)算公式,對(duì)WK-10B型電鏟在伊敏露天礦16#煤層組分層選采中作業(yè)效率進(jìn)行研究,揭示了夾矸厚度、分層高度等參數(shù)對(duì)分層作業(yè)效率的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果給出了WK-10B型電鏟在伊敏露天礦的合理采掘高度,確定了提高WK-10B型電鏟作業(yè)效率的工程措施,達(dá)到了提高電鏟在分層作業(yè)中電鏟效率的目的。

Abstract:According to the stratified occurrence conditions of 16#coal seam in Yimin Open-pit Coal Mine,by defining the concept and calculation formula of mining condition coefficient and stratified operation efficiency,the article studies the working efficiency of WK-10B shovel in 16#coal seam selection of Yimin Open-pit Mine,which reveals the thickness of gangue,the effect of height and other parameters on the layered operation efficiency.The results show that WK-10B shovel is reasonable mining height in Yimin Open-pit Mine,and determines the engineering measures to improve WK-10B shovel operation efficiency,and achieves the purpose of improving shovel efficiency in layered operation.

伊敏露天礦的主采煤層為15#、16#煤層,15#局部發(fā)育、16#煤層全區(qū)發(fā)育。在2009年開(kāi)始采區(qū)扇形過(guò)渡,自二采區(qū)過(guò)渡至三采區(qū),因此,年度采區(qū)推進(jìn)為東快西慢,年度采出煤炭相對(duì)集中于采區(qū)東部。在2014年采區(qū)東部推進(jìn)過(guò)16線之后,16#煤層中的夾矸層自西向東層數(shù)、厚度逐漸增加,在常規(guī)采掘作業(yè)中,夾矸層混入,導(dǎo)致采出煤質(zhì)逐漸下降,造成煤炭發(fā)熱量降低。為降低16#煤層的夾矸混入率,提高采出煤炭的應(yīng)用發(fā)熱量,需要對(duì)16#煤層進(jìn)行分層選采。
通過(guò)研究伊敏露天礦最小采掘設(shè)備WK-10B型電鏟在16#煤層組中選采作業(yè)的相對(duì)分層效率變化,了解其在分層選采中的相對(duì)分層設(shè)備效率變化趨勢(shì),確定利用其采掘合理的分層高度及優(yōu)化工程措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)提高其作業(yè)效率的目的[1-3]。……
