本文通過對青海省西寧市西鋼棚戶區改造及集資房工程地基承載力進行研究，對承載力進行修正及評價。在計算過程中通過選擇代表性測點數據，對持力層承載力進行修正，得出結論，用數據參考規范評價了地基穩定性，確定合理設計方案，對類似西鋼棚戶區工程地基承載力修正及評價提供有益的經驗。

Abstract: Through the research on the bearing capacity of the transformation of shanty towns in Xining city of Qinghai Province and from the housing project of foundation, correction and evaluation of bearing capacity. In the calculation process by selecting the representative test point respectively on the bearing layer is modified, the bearing capacity of the conclusion, the foundation stability evaluation with reference data specification, reasonable design, modification of the bearing capacity and the evaluation of similar Xigang shanty towns engineering foundation to provide useful experience.

西鋼棚戶區改造及集資房工程位于青海省西寧市城北區黃水路西鋼園藝廠院內。本工程是政府為改造城鎮危舊住房、改善困難家庭住房條件而推出的一項民心工程。本工程的實施騰出了大量的建設用地，從而改善城市的空間布局。

1 地質條件

1.1 地層

據鉆孔揭露主要地層有：第四系(Q4al+pl)：①耕表土；②-1濕陷性黃土狀土；②-2非濕陷性黃土狀土；③飽和細砂；④卵石。新近系(N)：⑤-1強風化泥巖；⑤-2中等風化泥巖。

1.2 構造

場地及附近區無不良地質作用，無全新活動斷裂通過，適宜建造建筑物。

2 持力層選擇

勘探深度內的場地土，工程地質層主要有六層：①層耕表土：此層分布于表層，本層厚度0.20～0.50m，在開挖范圍內。②-1層濕陷性黃土狀土：此層廣泛分布于場地，埋深0.00～0.40m，厚度1.10～3.80m不等，在開挖范圍內。②-2層非濕陷性黃土狀土：此層廣泛分布于場地，層埋深2.00m，厚度0.80～1.80m不等，在開挖范圍內?！?br>
