文化項目“大咖”盛會“成交”高達1700億元

80歲的趙行恩是墊江大石竹編的第五代傳人，他能將1厘米寬、薄如蟬翼的竹片劃成8至15縷竹絲，然后編織成一幅幅栩栩如生的書畫竹制品。

2017年6月30日，趙行恩帶著他的手工藝品來到了位于南岸區的國瑞萬豪酒店，參加文化部文化產業項目服務平臺第六期文化產業精品項目交流對接會暨重慶市文化產業重點項目推介會。

Zhao Xingen, 80 years old, is the fifth generation to inherit the Chinese traditional folk craft of bamboo weaving in Dashi Village, Dianjiang County, and able to sheet one-centimeter-wide bamboo strip into 8 to 15 stands, and then process them into all kinds of vivid painting and calligraphic bamboo products.

On June 30, 2017 Zhao Xingen brought his works to Chongqing Marriott Hotel, to attend the Sixth Cultural Industry Exchanging and Matchmaking Meeting for The Boutique Cultural Projects Based on The Service Platform of The Ministry of Culture and the Promotion Conference for The Key Projects of Chongqing’s Cultural Industry.

24個重點文化項目簽約超1700億元24 Key Cultural Projects Signed Over 170 Billion Yuan

干了一輩子竹編的趙行恩，此行只有一個目的，那就是為墊江縣的文旅項目“伏羲農耕康養民俗文化旅游區”助威。

“伏羲農耕康養民俗文化旅游區”項目是一個集文化旅游、農耕體驗、養老度假、市民休閑、娛樂購物于一身的大型全業態文化旅游綜合體項目，旨在為人們營造一個“推開窗門見山水，漫步田間憶鄉愁”的現代世外桃源。其項目包括農耕文化體驗莊園、生態農業觀光主題游樂園、農耕文化影視（婚紗）基地、亦養亦業亦樂養老度假目的地、中國農耕文化歷史博物館、重慶農耕文化旅游小鎮。

包括“伏羲農耕康養民俗文化旅游區”項目在內的12個特色項目進行了集中的現場路演——

其中，“中國土司城”項目位于石柱縣，計劃投資40億元，建成后將成為在全國范圍內展示土家文化的標桿和旗艦；秀山縣的“鳳凰苗寨”計劃投資50億元，建成一個民俗民族文化中心；北碚區的“中華龍鳳宮”計劃投資40億元，打造中國民俗主題樂園及中式民眾喜慶中心；九龍坡區的“天空旅館小鎮”項目計劃投資30億元，將建設重慶第一科幻城……

路演結束后，文化部專家賈旭東教授對參加路演的文化項目作了精彩點評。他說，“這些文化項目最大的亮點，在于文化特色鮮明。12個項目的主題相當豐富，包含動漫、影視、演藝、旅游等產業，充分展現了產業融合發展的趨勢和‘文化+’產業融合的活力。”

據了解，本次交流對接會匯集了市內外100余個特色文化產業精品項目。其中，24個重點文化項目在推介會現場簽約，總投資金額超1700億元。

Spending nearly a lifetime on bamboo weaving, Zhao Xingen has nothing but one single aim for this journey, to promote the culture tourism project of Dianjiang County, namely "Fuxi farming and rehabilitation tourism area of folk customs”. (Fuxi: one of the earliest legendary rulers in ancient China)

This large comprehensive project, combing cultural tourism, farming experience, old-age care and holiday, recreation and shopping, aims to create a land of idyllic beauty where tourists can enjoy a hill and water view from the window and nostalgia on a field trip. Specifically, this project will set out to build a plantation, an eco-agriculture sightseeing park, a farming culture film (wedding) base, a holiday resort for the aged, China Agricultural Culture Museum and the Chongqing farming culture tourism town.

During the meeting, 12 special projects including the one mentioned above put on presentations.

Among them, “China’s Tusi City” project of Shizhu County, with a financial investment plan of 4 billion Yuan, is designed as a benchmark to display the culture of Tujia ethnic minority. “Phoenix Village” project of Xiushan county, with an investment of 5 billion Yuan, is to build a national folk cultural tourism center. Beibei district will invest a total sum of 4 billion Yuan into the project,“Dragon and Phoenix Palace” as a Chinese theme park to deliver Chinese Festival customs. The "Sky Hotel Town" project in the Jiulongpo district which has attracted an investment of 3 billion Yuan plans to build the first science fiction city in Chongqing......

Professor Jia Xudong of the Ministry of Culture made a wonderful comment on these cultural projects, “These 12 cultural projects highlight the distinctive cultural characteristics, all of which are rich in themes like animation, film and entertaining industry, and tourism, and also fully demonstrate the trend of industrial integrating development and the vitality of 'Culture Plus' industry integration.

Resources say this conference has gathered more than 100 special boutique cultural projects inside and outside the city. 24 key projects of them are signed, with a total investment exceeding over 170 billion Yuan.

大平臺助力文化企業接軌社會資本Large Platforms Helping Cultural Enterprises Access to Social Capital

本次交流對接會是由重慶市文化委員會、重慶市南岸區人民政府主辦。北京、浙江、江蘇等省市文化廳（局）的領導和嘉賓也來到了現場，此外，還有來自市內外重點文化企業、文化產業精品項目負責人、金融、投資機構的負責人和媒體代表等400余人參加了本次推介會。

文化產業精品項目交流對接會是依托文化部文化產業項目服務平臺舉辦的一項品牌活動，涉及演藝、動漫、娛樂、游戲、文化旅游、藝術品、工藝美術、文化會展、創意設計、網絡文化、數字文化服務等文化產業重點行業。此前，交流對接會已在北京、南京、成都、麗江等地舉辦了五期。

近年來，市委市政府圍繞“文化強市”建設，高度重視文化產業的發展，出臺了一系列政策措施，構建起“3+2+10”的政策體系，為全市文化產業的發展提供了強有力的支撐。全市文化產業增加值從2012年的365億元增至2016年的615億元，2016年全市文化產業增速為13.67%，占全市GDP比重由3.2%提升至3.5%。

第六期交流對接會落戶重慶，為我市文化產業發展插上了騰飛的翅膀，將為重慶及周邊地區文化企業和社會資本搭建交流對接平臺，助力優質文化產業項目投資合作與落地實施，進一步提升重慶文化產業發展水平，對重慶加快“文化強市”建設，將文化產業打造成經濟支柱產業，建設人文薈萃的現代化國際大都市產生深遠影響。

This meeting was organized by the Chongqing Municipal Culture Commission, the People's Government of Nan'an District, with more than 400 attendance, such as leaders and guests of Cultural Departments(Bureau) from Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other provinces and municipalities, the heads of the key cultural enterprises and the boutique cultural projects, as well as representatives of financial and investment institutions and media.

This Exchanging and Matchmaking Meeting, as a branding event attached to the cultural industry service platform of the Ministry of Culture, involves key cultural industries such as performing arts, animation, entertainment, games, cultural tourism, works of art and handcrafts, cultural exhibition, creative design, network and digital culture service. Previously, 5 sessions of it have been held in places like Beijing, Nanjing, Chengdu, Lijiang.

In recent years, as the municipal government, anchoring on strengthening Chongqing by culture industry, attaches great importance to the development of cultural industries. It has implemented a series of supportive policies to build a "3 +2 +10" system. The value of cultural industry of Chongqing increased from 36.5 billion Yuan in 2012 to 61.5 billion Yuan in 2016 while the growth rate registered at 13.67%, accounting for 3.5% of the city's GDP(3.2% in 2012)

The Sixth Exchanging and Matchmaking Meeting in Chongqing will greatly contribute to the take-off of the cultural industry development, help set up platforms of exchanging and matchmaking between local and alien cultural enterprises and social capitals, promote investment and implementation of cultural projects of high-quality, and enhance the development of cultural industries in Chongqing. Also, the big event will profoundly speed up the process of strengthening Chongqing by culture industry, transform the cultural industry into a pillar of economy, thus making Chongqing a modern cultural metropolis.
