文化項(xiàng)目“大咖”盛會(huì)“成交”高達(dá)1700億元

80歲的趙行恩是墊江大石竹編的第五代傳人，他能將1厘米寬、薄如蟬翼的竹片劃成8至15縷竹絲，然后編織成一幅幅栩栩如生的書畫竹制品。

2017年6月30日，趙行恩帶著他的手工藝品來(lái)到了位于南岸區(qū)的國(guó)瑞萬(wàn)豪酒店，參加文化部文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目服務(wù)平臺(tái)第六期文化產(chǎn)業(yè)精品項(xiàng)目交流對(duì)接會(huì)暨重慶市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目推介會(huì)。

Zhao Xingen, 80 years old, is the fifth generation to inherit the Chinese traditional folk craft of bamboo weaving in Dashi Village, Dianjiang County, and able to sheet one-centimeter-wide bamboo strip into 8 to 15 stands, and then process them into all kinds of vivid painting and calligraphic bamboo products.

On June 30, 2017 Zhao Xingen brought his works to Chongqing Marriott Hotel, to attend the Sixth Cultural Industry Exchanging and Matchmaking Meeting for The Boutique Cultural Projects Based on The Service Platform of The Ministry of Culture and the Promotion Conference for The Key Projects of Chongqing’s Cultural Industry.

24個(gè)重點(diǎn)文化項(xiàng)目簽約超1700億元24 Key Cultural Projects Signed Over 170 Billion Yuan

干了一輩子竹編的趙行恩，此行只有一個(gè)目的，那就是為墊江縣的文旅項(xiàng)目“伏羲農(nóng)耕康養(yǎng)民俗文化旅游區(qū)”助威。

“伏羲農(nóng)耕康養(yǎng)民俗文化旅游區(qū)”項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)集文化旅游、農(nóng)耕體驗(yàn)、養(yǎng)老度假、市民休閑、娛樂(lè)購(gòu)物于一身的大型全業(yè)態(tài)文化旅游綜合體項(xiàng)目，旨在為人們營(yíng)造一個(gè)“推開窗門見山水，漫步田間憶鄉(xiāng)愁”的現(xiàn)代世外桃源。其項(xiàng)目包括農(nóng)耕文化體驗(yàn)莊園、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光主題游樂(lè)園、農(nóng)耕文化影視（婚紗）基地、亦養(yǎng)亦業(yè)亦樂(lè)養(yǎng)老度假目的地、中國(guó)農(nóng)耕文化歷史博物館、重慶農(nóng)耕文化旅游小鎮(zhèn)。

包括“伏羲農(nóng)耕康養(yǎng)民俗文化旅游區(qū)”項(xiàng)目在內(nèi)的12個(gè)特色項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了集中的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)路演——

其中，“中國(guó)土司城”項(xiàng)目位于石柱縣，計(jì)劃投資40億元，建成后將成為在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)展示土家文化的標(biāo)桿和旗艦；秀山縣的“鳳凰苗寨”計(jì)劃投資50億元，建成一個(gè)民俗民族文化中心；北碚區(qū)的“中華龍鳳宮”計(jì)劃投資40億元，打造中國(guó)民俗主題樂(lè)園及中式民眾喜慶中心；九龍坡區(qū)的“天空旅館小鎮(zhèn)”項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃投資30億元，將建設(shè)重慶第一科幻城……

路演結(jié)束后，文化部專家賈旭東教授對(duì)參加路演的文化項(xiàng)目作了精彩點(diǎn)評(píng)。他說(shuō)，“這些文化項(xiàng)目最大的亮點(diǎn)，在于文化特色鮮明。12個(gè)項(xiàng)目的主題相當(dāng)豐富，包含動(dòng)漫、影視、演藝、旅游等產(chǎn)業(yè)，充分展現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和‘文化+’產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的活力。”

據(jù)了解，本次交流對(duì)接會(huì)匯集了市內(nèi)外100余個(gè)特色文化產(chǎn)業(yè)精品項(xiàng)目。其中，24個(gè)重點(diǎn)文化項(xiàng)目在推介會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽約，總投資金額超1700億元。

Spending nearly a lifetime on bamboo weaving, Zhao Xingen has nothing but one single aim for this journey, to promote the culture tourism project of Dianjiang County, namely "Fuxi farming and rehabilitation tourism area of folk customs”. (Fuxi: one of the earliest legendary rulers in ancient China)

This large comprehensive project, combing cultural tourism, farming experience, old-age care and holiday, recreation and shopping, aims to create a land of idyllic beauty where tourists can enjoy a hill and water view from the window and nostalgia on a field trip. Specifically, this project will set out to build a plantation, an eco-agriculture sightseeing park, a farming culture film (wedding) base, a holiday resort for the aged, China Agricultural Culture Museum and the Chongqing farming culture tourism town.

During the meeting, 12 special projects including the one mentioned above put on presentations.

Among them, “China’s Tusi City” project of Shizhu County, with a financial investment plan of 4 billion Yuan, is designed as a benchmark to display the culture of Tujia ethnic minority. “Phoenix Village” project of Xiushan county, with an investment of 5 billion Yuan, is to build a national folk cultural tourism center. Beibei district will invest a total sum of 4 billion Yuan into the project,“Dragon and Phoenix Palace” as a Chinese theme park to deliver Chinese Festival customs. The "Sky Hotel Town" project in the Jiulongpo district which has attracted an investment of 3 billion Yuan plans to build the first science fiction city in Chongqing......

Professor Jia Xudong of the Ministry of Culture made a wonderful comment on these cultural projects, “These 12 cultural projects highlight the distinctive cultural characteristics, all of which are rich in themes like animation, film and entertaining industry, and tourism, and also fully demonstrate the trend of industrial integrating development and the vitality of 'Culture Plus' industry integration.

Resources say this conference has gathered more than 100 special boutique cultural projects inside and outside the city. 24 key projects of them are signed, with a total investment exceeding over 170 billion Yuan.

大平臺(tái)助力文化企業(yè)接軌社會(huì)資本Large Platforms Helping Cultural Enterprises Access to Social Capital

本次交流對(duì)接會(huì)是由重慶市文化委員會(huì)、重慶市南岸區(qū)人民政府主辦。北京、浙江、江蘇等省市文化廳（局）的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和嘉賓也來(lái)到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，此外，還有來(lái)自市內(nèi)外重點(diǎn)文化企業(yè)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)精品項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、金融、投資機(jī)構(gòu)的負(fù)責(zé)人和媒體代表等400余人參加了本次推介會(huì)。

文化產(chǎn)業(yè)精品項(xiàng)目交流對(duì)接會(huì)是依托文化部文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目服務(wù)平臺(tái)舉辦的一項(xiàng)品牌活動(dòng)，涉及演藝、動(dòng)漫、娛樂(lè)、游戲、文化旅游、藝術(shù)品、工藝美術(shù)、文化會(huì)展、創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、數(shù)字文化服務(wù)等文化產(chǎn)業(yè)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)。此前，交流對(duì)接會(huì)已在北京、南京、成都、麗江等地舉辦了五期。

近年來(lái)，市委市政府圍繞“文化強(qiáng)市”建設(shè)，高度重視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，出臺(tái)了一系列政策措施，構(gòu)建起“3+2+10”的政策體系，為全市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)有力的支撐。全市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值從2012年的365億元增至2016年的615億元，2016年全市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)增速為13.67%，占全市GDP比重由3.2%提升至3.5%。

第六期交流對(duì)接會(huì)落戶重慶，為我市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展插上了騰飛的翅膀，將為重慶及周邊地區(qū)文化企業(yè)和社會(huì)資本搭建交流對(duì)接平臺(tái)，助力優(yōu)質(zhì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資合作與落地實(shí)施，進(jìn)一步提升重慶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平，對(duì)重慶加快“文化強(qiáng)市”建設(shè)，將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)打造成經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，建設(shè)人文薈萃的現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際大都市產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。

This meeting was organized by the Chongqing Municipal Culture Commission, the People's Government of Nan'an District, with more than 400 attendance, such as leaders and guests of Cultural Departments(Bureau) from Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other provinces and municipalities, the heads of the key cultural enterprises and the boutique cultural projects, as well as representatives of financial and investment institutions and media.

This Exchanging and Matchmaking Meeting, as a branding event attached to the cultural industry service platform of the Ministry of Culture, involves key cultural industries such as performing arts, animation, entertainment, games, cultural tourism, works of art and handcrafts, cultural exhibition, creative design, network and digital culture service. Previously, 5 sessions of it have been held in places like Beijing, Nanjing, Chengdu, Lijiang.

In recent years, as the municipal government, anchoring on strengthening Chongqing by culture industry, attaches great importance to the development of cultural industries. It has implemented a series of supportive policies to build a "3 +2 +10" system. The value of cultural industry of Chongqing increased from 36.5 billion Yuan in 2012 to 61.5 billion Yuan in 2016 while the growth rate registered at 13.67%, accounting for 3.5% of the city's GDP(3.2% in 2012)

The Sixth Exchanging and Matchmaking Meeting in Chongqing will greatly contribute to the take-off of the cultural industry development, help set up platforms of exchanging and matchmaking between local and alien cultural enterprises and social capitals, promote investment and implementation of cultural projects of high-quality, and enhance the development of cultural industries in Chongqing. Also, the big event will profoundly speed up the process of strengthening Chongqing by culture industry, transform the cultural industry into a pillar of economy, thus making Chongqing a modern cultural metropolis.
