“Taoyuan? Which one do you refer to?’’

“The one described in the famous poem “The Peach Blossom Spring” by Tao Yuanming.’’ Locals of Zhuxi will respond the inquirer proudly.

Taoyuan town (Peach Blossom Spring) is considered as the prototype of Tao Yuanming’s Poem “The Peach Blossom Spring” in the eyes of local residents of Zhuxi. It neighbors Zhenping town of Shanxi and Wuxi town of Chongqing. It starts at Horsehead Gorge and extends all the way to Guandu town of Zhushan. Cliffs here are steep as if being cut with axes by the God and brooks gurgle as if a fine wine bestowed by nature. Let alone the deep and quiet canyon, verdant trees and flowers, and mysterious mist in between. A bird would stop for a rest and man will feel they are entering a dreamland.

The Second Water Source Area of VOSS

Started out from Zhuxi town, passing Xinzhou town, Bingying town and Tianbao town along the country road, finally to the Taoyuan town, we spent 4 hours on the road to reach the destination---- the water source area of VOSS.

On July 5th, we arrived at Tianbao at 11:00 pm and stayed overnight there, then went towards Taoyuan at 6:00 am the next day. The mountain road was bumpy and rugged. What is worse, the mist was so thick that visibility was down to 20 meters. For safety, they stopped by the roadside waiting for a while. The hovering clouds and dense mist surrounded the mountains and we can vaguely see the outcurves of the mountains. The mist flowing among the mountains is like an ink painting. If you stepped into the mist, you would have the fantastic illusion that it seemed like walking in heaven and there would be a fairy lady to show you the right path if you needed help. After 10 minutes’ waiting, the mists cleared away and we continued our journey again.

Two hours later, we arrived at the factory site of Huabin-Voss Mineral Water. The high-end brand VOSS Company singled out Taoyuan town as its second water source area in the world; the other being in Norway.

Standing at the foot of Mount Danxia, we can listen to the crystal sound of the flowing stream. Now water pipes have been erected along the mountain lines so that the water could flow down from the top of the mountain to the factory. If you sip a drop of water from the pipes, you will be thrilled by its sweet and fragrance.

At 10:00 am on July 6th, accompanied by Zhang Weiguo, the Secretary of Communist Party of Shiyan, Chen Gang, the deputy director of Office of the South-to-north Water Transfer Project, and Yan Bin, the chairman of the Board of Huabin Group helicoptered to Zhuxi. Together they inspected on the construction sites of Huabin mineral water manufacturing project in Mount Danxia in Taoyuan.

Huabin Group is an international corporation which engages mainly in international trade, property management, sports industry, tourism and beverages.

In October in 2015, the High-end Voss Mineral Water Factory in Mount Danxia of Zhongba village in Taoyuan, was invested and constructed by Huabin Investment Corporation(China) and Zhuxi Government. The firstperiod construction would cover six hundred and fiftyseven million RMB yuan. The factory’s production capability would be three hundred thousand tons per year. It was estimated that the project will be completed and put into operation in October in 2017.

Mutual Benefits to Each Other

In March 2015, Zhang Ligang, vice chairman of Huabin Group, arrived at Taoyuan and made an on-the-spot investigation in the aspects of geological structure, water flowing rate analysis, product trafficking and the location of the factory.

When finishing, Zhang Ligang and his associates were deeply impressed by the beautiful natural scenery here. They couldn’t help proclaiming that Zhuxi was an amazing natural oxygen bar.

On December 28th, 2016, the Foundation stone was laid to the construction of Huabin Mineral Water Factory.

This project is expected to render favorable social and economical benefits to the local community. Once the first stage of assembly line initiates, the factory will provide revenues of 380,000,000 yuan (RMB) to the local government, including mineral resources tax, compensation for mineral resources and water resources fee, which sum up to be 16,500,000 yuan (RMB), and the factory can offer over 200 job opportunities for local residents.

The product is of high quality, characteristic of natural mineral water. The water contains abundant mineral substances as strontium, selenium, alkali, sodium and etc.

The factory occupies an area as large as 118,162 square meters, and the floor area as large as 56,856 square meters.

Up to now, it is estimated that the construction of the steel structure of the factory has completed 68% of the total construction, 40% of the ground concrete cementing, 30% of wall constructions, and 50% of multifunctional building of living quarters and 50% of dormitory building.

Devotion to Local Charity

After making on-the-spot investigation, Chen Gang, Zhang Weiguo, Yan Bin, Zhang Ligang and their associates participated in the local Charity Ceremony entitled“Distributing Love, and Doing Charity for Individuals.”At the ceremony, Huabin Group donated 218,000 yuan (RMB) to Wacang Primary School of Taoyuan to improveschool’s facilities and help 52 students in poverty to finish their studies.Zhang Ligang, on behalf of Huabin Group, made a speech saying that Zhuxi will grow together with Huabin Group in the area of internationalization and diversified development. In the near future, VOSS, thriving in Zhuxi, will march to the domestic and international market which is the shared expectation of Huabin Group and Zhuxi people, and the success of the project will guarantee the Huabin Group’s promise of“Charity to Individuals”.

Zhang Ligang said, on May 22th, 2017, Huabin Cultural Foundation and VOSS Water Foundation will co-host a charitable auction in London, England. Then 6 paintings by children in Zhuxi and other paintings by famous artists home and abroad will be auctioned. And the money is intended to help the African children in poverty to drink clean water.

Keeping love in mind, Huabin Cultural Foundation and VOSS Water Foundation (China) would establish Love-pass Education Foundation to reward Zhuxi people.

Right now, the infrastructure as transportation, entrance road, oil and gas station, power supply system of the project is under construction.

“桃源？哪個桃源？”

“就是陶淵明的《桃花源記》里的那個桃源。”竹溪人都會這樣告訴詢問者。

桃源鄉在很多竹溪人眼中就是陶淵明筆下《桃花源記》的原型，它接陜西鎮平，連重慶巫溪，溯驢頭峽而抵竹山官渡，處處絕壁如斧鑿，淙淙溪水似玉液，更兼峽谷幽深，花木蔥蘢，云彩出沒，禽鳥鐘情，居住于此，宛如仙人。

全球第二處水源

從竹溪縣城出發，經新洲、兵營、天寶，再沿鄉道到達桃源鄉，全程約4小時。

7月5日，記者晚上11點行至天寶住宿，第二天6點半再從天寶出發前往桃源。山路崎嶇，行至一處，前方大霧擋住來路，能見度不到20米，安全起見，下車等待。只見云闊煙深，山巒只露出隱約輪廓，霧在山間流動，似潑墨丹青。輕輕抬足，似身處仙臺之中，轉身就能偶遇仙人指點迷津。10分鐘后，大霧散去，一行人繼續前行。

兩小時后，記者到達桃源鄉華彬集團高端飲品VOSS（芙絲）礦泉水在建廠址，此處為VOSS品牌在全球除了挪威以外的第二處水源。

在丹霞山下便可聽見淙淙流水聲，水管沿山路已搭建完工，至源頭，水從山間流下，水質清冽，嘗一口，一種未經加工的天然甘甜。

7月6日上午10時，在十堰市委書記張維國的陪同下，國務院南水北調辦副主任陳剛、華彬集團董事局主席嚴彬等乘坐華彬航空集團的直升機抵達竹溪，在桃源丹霞山華彬礦泉水項目建設現場調研。

華彬集團是一家集國際貿易、物業經營管理、體育文化產業、旅游休閑度假、功能飲料為經營主業的跨國集團公司。

桃源鄉中壩村丹霞山高端礦泉水項目，由華彬投資（中國）有限公司于2015年10月與竹溪縣人民政府簽約投資興建。該項目位于竹溪縣桃源鄉中壩村，項目一期總投資6.57億元，達到年產30萬噸高端礦泉水生產能力，預計2017年10月竣工投產。

地方互利共贏

2015年3月，華彬集團副總裁張立剛一行來到竹溪桃源，就水源地具體位置、地質構造、水流量、交通、建廠選址等情況進行考察。

考察途中，張立剛一行被該縣秀美的自然風光深深吸引，不時感嘆竹溪真是一個讓人驚羨的“天然氧吧”。

作為一家蜚聲海內外的著名投資主體，華彬集團的投資實力和企業信譽深得好評，這是雙方合作開發高端礦泉水項目的關鍵。桃源兩河口村天然礦泉水資源獨特，水量大、水質好，適合建設大型天然礦泉水生產線，尤其是良好的生態環境，使此處水源具備與全球知名礦泉水比美的實力，這是雙方合作的基礎。礦泉水開發項目可實現雙方互利共贏。

2016年12月28日，華彬礦泉水項目建設開工奠基。

據介紹，該項目社會經濟效益好。在項目一期達產后，每年上繳各項稅收總額3.8億元，上繳礦產資源稅、礦產資源補償費和水資源費達1650萬元，可提供200余個就業崗位。

該項目礦泉水品質高，屬大型天然出露型礦泉水，有“高鍶、富硒、弱堿、低鈉”特性。

該項目建設規模大。廠區總用地面積118162平方米，建筑總面積56856平方米。

據了解，目前生產區廠房已累計完成鋼結構總工程量的68%，地面混泥土澆筑完成40%，砌墻施工完成工程量30%，生活區綜合樓、宿舍樓低級承臺基礎處理完成50%。

致富不忘慈善

考察完水源基地后，陳剛、張維國、嚴彬、張立剛等參加了主題為“愛心傳遞，精準扶貧”的扶貧會。會上，華彬集團將首期投入的21.8萬元善款捐贈給桃源鄉瓦滄小學，用于改善學校辦學條件和幫助52名貧困學生完成學業。

張立剛代表華彬集團致辭。他說，竹溪是華彬集團國際化、多元化發展的見證者、連接者，不久的將來，VOSS品牌將在竹溪得到延續與新生，把竹溪的好水介紹給全國、介紹給世界，這是華彬集團和竹溪父老鄉親共同的期待，也是華彬集團以實踐落實精準扶貧的責任擔當。

張立剛介紹，今年5月22日，華彬文化基金會和芙絲水基金會舉辦慈善拍賣，6幅竹溪孩子的畫作與各位國內外藝術家的作品一起，在英國倫敦進行競拍，善款用于幫助非洲貧困地區兒童喝上純凈水項目。

為將小朋友的愛心傳遞，華彬文化基金會和芙絲中國決定將這份愛心傳遞，設立愛心傳遞教育基金，回饋竹溪人民。

此外，該項目的交通建設、進場路建設、油氣站建設、供電系統等建設，均在緊鑼密鼓的進行中。

守住綠水青山，就是金山銀山。華彬集團還將堅持開發資源和保護生態并舉，把工廠和水源區建成旅游景點。
