重慶與匈牙利外貿情況

來自市商務委數據，2016年我市與匈牙利進出口總額1.7億美元，同比增長56.8％；其中出口1.4億美元，同比增長49.5％；進口2578.4萬美元，同比增長1.1倍。2017年1—3月，我市與匈牙利進出口總額4351.4萬美元，同比增長34.3％；其中出口3847萬美元，同比增長38.2％；進口504.4萬美元，同比增長10.4％。

我市出口到匈牙利的主要產品有：液晶顯示板、便攜式自動數據處理設備、機器零附件、通信設備零件、計算機硬盤驅動器、鍵盤、離合器及其零件、微型機的處理部件、平板電腦、蓄電池等。

我市從匈牙利進口的主要產品有：電力控制或分配的裝置、機動車輛用照明裝置、啟動電機、調節或控制儀器及裝置、直流穩壓電源、傳聲器(麥克風)及其座架、機動車輛用其他座具零件、凍豬雜碎、游樂場娛樂設備、流動劇團等。

On May 16, after attending the Belt and Road International Cooperation Summit Forum held in Beijing, Siarto Peter, minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations of Hungary,led an economic and commercial delegation to Chongqing. They attended the China-Hungary Cross Border Investment and Trade Fair of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises held in Chongqing, the second opening ceremony of Spring in Budapest in West China and also made a visit to Sichuan International Studies University.With a series of intensive and efficient concrete measures, they actively made an reaction to the Belt and Road Initiative. Siarto said under the policy of “Opening to the East” of Hungary, they would actively promote pragmatic cooperation with Chongqing in fields like economy, trade, science and technology, education and so on.

About Cooperation: More than 400 enterprises in China and Hungary align in the cross-boarder investment and trade

Co-sponsored by Chongqing Municipal People’s Government,Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing and Bank of China and co-undertaken by Chongqing Commerce Committee,Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing, National Trade Department of Hungary and Bank of China, Chongqing Branch,“2017 China-Hungary Cross Border Investment and Trade Fair of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” and a series of activities were held in Chongqing Yuelai International Conference Center from May 16 to 18.

This event allows Chongqing to actively integrate into the Belt and Road Initiative. Chongqing would give full play to its location advantage as a connecting point of the Belt and Road and Yangtze River Economic Zone and further implement the cooperation plan of the two heads of state. To boost the alignment of the Belt and Road and the Hungarian policy of “Opening to the East” is of great signi fi cance.

During the fair, more than 400 enterprises from Hungary and China gathered together and aligned with each other in areas including agriculture, health care, manufacturing of transportation equipment, information and communication technology, smart city, waste management, water resource management and etc.Fifteen cooperation projects were signed finally and more than 300 events had reached a preliminary cooperation intention. A strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Chongqing Commerce Committee and National Trade Department of Hungary.

Grasp Opportunity: Hungary hopes to be the logistics center of Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway in central and western Europe

“Chongqing is one of the fastest growing cities in China. Chongqing and Hungary share the same pillar of economy-automobile and electronic information industry. The similar structure of economic development is the reason for the good economic and trade development of Chongqing and Hungary in recent years.”Siarto said that the Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing established in 2010 was exactly relying on the good foundation of cooperation between Hungary and Chongqing and the advantages of rapid economic development in Chongqing.

In April 15, 2017, the “Chongqing-Hungary” train was officially launched and arrived in Budapest, Hungary in April 28. The launch of “Chongqing-Hungary” train of “Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe”International Railway has brought a series of positive influence.Turkey, Italy and other countries have taken the initiative to contact with Chongqing, hoping the “Road of Fortune” like “Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe” could be extended to their country and region and promote local economic development; “Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe” has strengthened its in fl uence on 12 countries and more than 30 cities in central Europe, eastern Europe, western Europe and southern Europe through Hungary’s location advantage; it also further enhances the industrial and port economic driving ability in the meanwhile. For example, co-worked with HUAWEI, the HUAWEI entrepot trade of “1+1”mode was created: the production base of European products locates in Shenzhen, the logistics distribution center in Chongqing and the HUAWEI Computer will also be pushed to settle in Chongqing Xiyong Comprehensive Bonded Area.

Siarto held that with more strengthened connection between Chongqing and Europe, Hungary hopes to become a pillar in China’s development in central and eastern Europe and a logistics transfer center of “Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe” International Railway in central and eastern Europe.

Attach Importance to Humanities: The attractive alliance of Jialing River and the Danube

On the morning of May 16, Siarto visited Sichuan International Studies University (SISU) and delivered a speech to the teachers and students themed with the alignment of “Opening to the East” of Hungary and the Belt and Road Initiative of China. He also made some communications with part of them in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. He said that Hungary attached great importance to the exchanges with Chongqing in humanities. The new major of Hungarian set up in SISU in last September symbolizes Hungary’s strengthened cultural cooperation with Chongqing.

Chongqing is a city of mountains and rivers besides the Jialing River while Hungary is a country relying on the Danube. The communication of difference culture will surly bring in fi nite charm and attraction. On May 16, the second Spring in Budapest in West China and its series of events would be launched in Chongqing.Themed with innovation and green development, open and winwin cooperation , the contents include the exhibition of Hungarian National Pavilion, Culture & Arts Exhibition of Hungary, Hungarian Tourism Promotion, piano recital of Balazs Janos (a famous Hungarian pianist), Hungarian dance and music performance,national handicraft exhibition of Hungary and consular kitchen of Hungary and etc.

Siarto said that the direct flight route from Beijing to Budapest is currently operating well and visitors from China to Hungary increased by 36％ in 2016 since the opening of the direct fl ight. At present, Hungary is planning to open the second fl ight route from China to Hungary.
