As a teacher who is in charge of a class， building team cooperative learning in class is very important. Several years ago， our teachers may teach from the beginning to the end， the students were listening all the time. But ， today， if you do like this， you will be out. With the development of the society， our teacher must improve ourselves， but what should we do to improve ourselves？ I think that building team cooperative learning in class is our best choice， which can encourage our students to study and cooperate each other . Besides， a good cooperative study habit is the guarantee of team cooperative learning， we often see that the students begin to discuss together with the fastest speed in teams as soon as the teacher announces the discussion task in the classroom， according to this phenomenon， our teacher can train our students good habits of cooperative learning in teams.

Firstly， building team cooperative learning in class can improve the students ability of listening. If we let the students discuss in a team， we can train the students ability of listening. As a team member， the student must listen to the teachers questions and partners opinions carefully and the student dont interrupt others when other student is speaking. If all the students do like this， the students can not only learn something， but also their listening ability will be improved. If the student dont listen carefully， the student wont take part in the discussion， and the student will learn nothing， so listening to others opinions carefully is very important. besides， as a student， when our partner is saying， wed better listen carefully， which is good for us. on the one hand， we respect our partners， on the other hand， our partners will respect us.

Secondly， building team cooperative learning in class can improve the students ability of expression. We can help the students discuss in a team， which can train the students ability of expression. Team cooperative learning requires each member to express their opinions clearly. and understand each others view. Today many students cant express their opinions in class， but after class ， they can talk with other students. Can we improve the students ability of expression？ We all know the answer. As a teacher， we should guide the students to express their opinions in class， we can let the student discuss in a team， and then we can let the students express their opinions in their team， at last， we can help the students express their opinions in class. If we do like this， the students also have the chance to express their opinions in class. In students study， the students may have many questions， but how to solve the questions？ We all know the ways， one is that the students can work out the questions by themselves gradually， the other is that the students can turn to their classmates， certainly， discussion of team cooperative learning is also the way to solve the questions. In a team， each member can express their disagreements. The students can go through discussion and debate to solve the questions. Team cooperative learning for middle school students is a way of thinking and expressing independently， on the one hand， the students can understand each other， on the other hand， the students can improve their friendship. As a teacher， we can ask every student to express their opinions in their team， which can improve the students ability of expression.

Thirdly， building team cooperative learning in class can improve the students ability of thinking .As a teacher， we should make the students learn to think independently. Thinking independently that we all know is very important， but what should we do to improve students ability of thinking？ We can guide the students to think independently and tell the students some useful thinking methods. We can inspire the students to think independently. In a team， if a student wants to express his/her opinion carefully， the student must think carefully. As a teacher， we can help our students to think something independently， which is good for the students.

Lastly， building team cooperative learning in class can improve the students ability of studying. As a teacher， if we want to create a humorous study atmosphere， in which the students can feel relaxed， we can let the students discuss in a team， which can improve the students ability of studying. We can make the students get along well with the team members. As a teacher， if we can help the students discuss in a team， and then encourage them to express their opinions in class， our students will be interested in studying gradually， With the development of education， there are many ways to train our students， but I think that team cooperative learning in class is our best choice.
