【摘 要】目的:探討昆明市某民營醫院2014-2015年門診60歲以上老年人非甾體抗炎藥物的應用情況,進行用藥合理性評價。方法:收集該院2014-2015年60歲以上老年人非甾體抗炎藥物門診處方,采用用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費用(DDC)對各品種、規格、劑型的藥物進行統計分析。結果:2014-2015年處方中用藥頻度排名前三位的是:阿司匹林腸溶片(100mg)、洛索洛芬鈉片、阿司匹林腸溶片(25mg);日均費用排名前三位的是:塞來昔布膠囊、注射用賴氨匹林、洛索洛芬鈉片。結論:門診患者非甾體抗炎藥使用合理,其中價格低廉、副作用小和藥效顯著的傳統藥物仍占絕大比例。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the use of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs in the elderly over 60 years of age in a Private Hospital during 2014 to 2015,to provide reliable basis for the rational use of these drugs.Methods:According to the data of outpatient non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs of this hospital in 2014-2015,Statistical analysis was performed by using the frequency of use (DDDs), daily average cost (DDC) of the different varieties, specifications and dosage forms.Results 2014-2015 prescription in DDDs ranked the top three are: Aspirin enteric-coated tablets(100mg),loxoprofen sodium tablets,Aspirin enteric-coated tablets(25mg);The average daily cost of the top three are: celecoxib capsules,injection of Aspisol,loxoprofen sodium tablets.Conclusion the use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is reasonable,The traditional medicine with Low price little side effect and obvious drug effect still occupied a large proportion.

非甾體類抗炎藥(non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)也稱為解熱鎮痛抗炎藥,是一類具有解熱、鎮痛、抗炎、抗風濕、抗血小板聚集等作用的藥物,廣泛應用于慢性鈍痛、癌性疼痛、骨關節炎、類風濕性關節炎及預防心腦血管疾病的治療[1]。本研究通過收集某民營醫院2014年1月-2015年12月間在該院門診就診的60歲以上老年患者NSAIDs的使用數量、銷售金額、用藥頻度等信息,探討其臨床用藥特點,進行用藥合理性評價,為進一步加強用藥管理提供依據。
1 資料與方法
抽取昆明市某醫院西藥庫系統數據庫60歲及以上年齡患者NSAIDs門診處方信息,對藥品名稱、規格、劑型、年銷售量、銷售金額等進行統計分析,時間為2014年1月-2015年12月。
以每種藥品的限定日劑量(defined daily dose,DDD)、用藥頻度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日費用(daily drug cost,DDC)為指標進行統計分析[2]。用藥頻度=某藥的總用量/該藥的DDD值,DDDs越大,說明使用頻率越高。……
