Coating Expo makes for a colorful Vietnam

The 5th International Exhibition Conference on Coatings and Printing Ink Industry （Coatings Expo Vietnam 2018）， which is organized by China National Chemical Information Center （CNCIC） and Minh Vi Exhibition Advertisement Service Co.， Ltd （VEAS Co.， Ltd）， and focuses on the coatings industry in Vietnam， will be held on 13-15 June， 2018 in Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center （SECC）， Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition is supported by Ministry of Industry Trade of Vietnam and Vietnam Paint Printing Ink Association. This will effectively expand the exhibition’s influence and attract more professional visitors to visit the exhibition.

The economy of Vietnam is increasing smoothly under the global economic recovery， especially on the coating and inking industry. The main coating market includes： decorative paint， vessel and protect coating， The rising demand for architecture and high-valued coating makes the decorative paint a major market hot spot. Another new market worth attention is the wood coating and motorbike coating market.

The supply of domestic coating only meets half of the total demand in Vietnam， and 80% of the imported coating is imported from Taiwan， Indonesia， China and Thailand. Meanwhile， 70% of the raw materials are also relying on imported. On the other hand， the export volume is also increasing due to the main advantage of lower cost. In addition， in the Asia Pacific area， Vietnam is an important country which attracts more and more advanced coating manufacturers to open their factories， and raw material suppliers to invest in the businesses.

The last Coatings Expo Vietnam in 2017 attracted exhibitors from Vietnam， China， India， Japan， Singapore and visitors from Vietnam， Malaysia， Thailand， Taiwan， Korea， USA， Australia， Iran， Sri Lanka， etc. Besides the exhibition， the organizers also provide a series of services to build relationship between the exhibitors and visitors such as match-making， site visit， and market seminars.
