ICC Sydney offers virtual tour
The International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has launched a virtual reality (VR) video experience. Clients, partners and visitors will be able to undertake an interactive tour of the venue by downloading the ICC Sydney VR App from Apple or Android application stores. Viewers will experience the full scale and magnitude of ICC Sydney’s facilities, including its 35,000 sqm of exhibition space, flexible meeting spaces, the 2,000-capacity grand ballroom. Geoff Donaghy, CEO of ICC Sydney, said that the move into VR marks another moment of innovation for the venue. “The new VR experience helps clients get to know the venue and will help us reach our target of running 1,000 events annually by our third year of operation”, he stated.

Reed Exhibitions Pty Limited is launching the trade show SMARTmeetings – Conference and Table Top Exhibition powered by ibtm events. The event takes place June 26 to 28, 2018 in Kigali, Rwanda and will be held at Kigali Convention Centre. This conference and table-top exhibition will provide a platform where meeting and event planners will be able to engage with venues and suppliers from the African meetings, incentive, conferences and exhibitions industry. TCEB introduces 2018 marketing campaign
Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has unveiled its marketing communication campaign for 2018 which is entitled\"THAILAND CONNECT Your Vibrant Journey to Business Success, decoded with chapters of possibilities\".
The core concept of the 2018 campaign is aimed at further enhancing the position of Thailand as a leading pleasure destination in the region. The bureau expects that, by the end of next year, the country will have welcomed 1,192,000 international MICE visitors, who generate revenue of 112 billion baht (USD 3.4billion).
