莫等閑，企業要尋“第二曲線”

“第二曲線”來自于查爾斯·漢迪。不管是企業、個人其實都有個“第二曲線”，每一個人或者每一個企業發展過程中都像一個拋物線一樣，當你到了最高峰、志得意滿的時候能不能想到應該再有第二曲線，再走第二條路。在原來的路走下去，可能就從高峰下去了，有點像老子《道德經》里面所說的“物壯則老”，這是自然規律。但是誰在沒有達到第二高峰的時候就找第二曲線、就找第二種思路？

查爾斯·漢迪說，沒有什么人能逃過第二曲線，沒有誰能逃過S型曲線。唯一不同的就是曲線的長度，有的可能曲線長、高度高，有的可能會短。問題在于：成功遮住了我們的眼睛。在最高峰的時候，認為自己是最好的，認為自己是最高的，何必要改變，為什么要改變？但要繼續原路走下去，就是下坡路。所以說，對所有的企業來說，要自覺地找到第二曲線，這是最重要的。

以海爾為例。當海爾進入“名牌戰略階段”時，很多企業在擴大產量，但是海爾當時就覺得應該抓質量，所以當別人做產量下坡的時候，海爾抓質量開始上來。等著別人都開始抓質量了，海爾就開始做“多元化戰略”。當時很多人說，要做專業化，不做多元化，當時喊這個口號的企業實際上現在沒有一個不做多元化的。在簽訂WTO之后入關，海爾又開始轉到國際化戰略，其他的企業做的是“出口創匯”，而海爾做的卻是“出口創牌”。

由此可見，遇到困難解決困難是企業生存發展的方法，而在困難發生之前就可以預先準備，則是真正大企業的選擇。山東經濟，除了解決問題，預防問題同樣重要，亡羊補牢為時不晚。

How will the Shandong economy have a good start and a good layout？ At the “Two Sessions” of Shandong which concluded not long ago， the “economic overcapacity and weak self-owned brands of Shandong”were considered as the main challenges for initiating the development of the Shandong economy in 2016.

Faced with the “Addition and Subtraction”，how will Shandong solve the problem？ 8 traditional industries such as coal， iron & steel and the chemical industry are facing severe overcapacity. These industries are also the main fields for the industrial distribution of state-owned enterprises. To solve the problem，we need to start with the production aspect，and to boost the economic development through emancipating the productive forces and promoting competitiveness. Specifically，we are required to clean up zombie enterprises，close down outdated production facilities， focus the development direction on emerging fields and innovation fields， and create new economic growth points. Innovation is needed for building brands. Reforms must be conducted in such fields as the subject， structure and method of financial supply so as to achieve the common development of finance and technology.

Solving the difficulties encountered is the method for an enterprise to survive and develop. Making preliminary preparations prior to the appearance of difficulties is the choice of a real big company. For the Shandong economy， in addition to the equal importance of solving and preventing problems， it's never too late to mend.
