智能制造和全程控制是未來(lái)技術(shù)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)

——訪中國(guó)紡織機(jī)械協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)顧平

今年是我們和歐洲紡機(jī)協(xié)會(huì)第五次聯(lián)合辦展，從今年的招展情況來(lái)看，大家對(duì)展會(huì)的品牌還是十分認(rèn)可的，30%的展商都是新展商，企業(yè)參展數(shù)量比上屆增加了100多家。

目前，從企業(yè)提交的展品信息來(lái)看，展品基本圍繞連續(xù)化以及存量改造兩大服務(wù)重點(diǎn)展開(kāi)，有不少產(chǎn)品技術(shù)值得關(guān)注。比如，在連續(xù)化方面，各工藝環(huán)節(jié)的裝備技術(shù)均在不斷向自動(dòng)化、連續(xù)化延伸，凸顯出了減員增效的特點(diǎn)。此外，對(duì)于行業(yè)1.2億紗錠的存量，也有不少企業(yè)推出了更為經(jīng)濟(jì)的改造方案：自動(dòng)理管機(jī)、緊密紡改造、自動(dòng)落紗小車(chē)等。

在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)不景氣的大背景下，企業(yè)購(gòu)買(mǎi)設(shè)備關(guān)注更多的是能不能帶來(lái)收益。由于市場(chǎng)需求的不斷變化以及客戶(hù)嚴(yán)苛的訂單要求，國(guó)產(chǎn)專(zhuān)件器材產(chǎn)品技術(shù)、品質(zhì)這些年來(lái)也提升得非常快，并擁有了不少領(lǐng)先國(guó)際水平的產(chǎn)品，本屆展會(huì)也均有體現(xiàn)。

應(yīng)該說(shuō)，目前紡織行業(yè)出現(xiàn)顛覆性的技術(shù)很難，但有一些發(fā)展趨勢(shì)大家還是比較認(rèn)同的，比如說(shuō)智能制造、全程控制。本次展會(huì)上，包括紡紗智能生產(chǎn)線、化纖長(zhǎng)絲智能化生產(chǎn)線、針織智能生產(chǎn)線、印染自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線、無(wú)紡布自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線以及服裝自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線在內(nèi)的六大智能生產(chǎn)線都會(huì)有相關(guān)展品展出。

It is the fifth edition of the combined show， ITMA ASIA + CITME， between China Textile Machinery Association and CEMATEX. The organization of the exhibition this year shows that the exhibition brand has been well recognized，enjoying over 100 enterprises more than the previous edition while 30% of the exhibitors are newcomers.

At present， the exhibits submitted by enterprises show that most products focus on serialization and stock transformation， and a lot of technologies are remarkable. For example， in terms of serialization， the equipment technologies in all processes are increasingly extending to automation and serialization， highlighting its effects on labor reduction and efficiency improvement. Moreover， for the stock of 120 million spindles of yarns， many companies have introduced a more economical transformation program： automatic tube sorting and packing machine， compact spinning transformation， automatic doffing carriage and so on.

In the context of the global economic downturn， what businesses are more concerned in the purchase of equipment are benefits. Due to the changing market demands and strict customer orders， the technology and quality of home-made special equipment have been upgraded very fast over the years， developing many international-leading products，which will also be reflected in the exhibition.

It is very difficult for the current textile industry to develop subversive technology， however， there are some agreeable development trends， such as intelligent manufacturing and full-process control. During the exhibition， the exhibits cover six intelligent production lines，including spinning， chemical filament，knitting， automatic dyeing and printing，automatic non-woven fabrics and garments.
