供應鏈管理環境下的建筑工程項目物料采購策略

摘 要：以建筑工程項目實施供應鏈管理的建筑材料采購為研究對象，認為基于供應鏈的原材料采購管理模式、采購組織結構整合與重組、采購業務創建以及準時化采購流程等，對建筑企業進行工程項目采購的制定和實施具有重要意義。

Abstract： with the implementation of the construction project supply chain management building materials procurement as the research object， that is based on supply chain management pattern of raw materials procurement， procurement organization integration and reorganization， purchase business to create and JIT procurement process， the construction enterprise engineering project procurement in the formulation and implementation has important significance.

隨著經濟的發展和社會的進步，未來建筑業必須要適應新的生產管理模式。市場的需求呼喚有限的資源提供可持續發展的的建筑產品。擴大內需政策拉動諸如能源、交通、原材料、通訊和城市基礎設施及城鎮居民住宅等工程建設項目，其中建筑材料采購成本將占整個建設工程成本的70%左右，如此大的利潤空間蘊藏著極大的資源配置、減少物耗、降低成本和節約等潛力，建筑企業必須通過掌握與控制建筑物資采購成本、選擇、對比及管理好采購方面的各個環節，達到整個建筑物流項目的盈利而不是虧損。因此，合理的采購管理模式和采購方案是建筑企業實施供應鏈管理的基礎，既保證物資的合格，又提高了建筑物質量。

1.建筑工程項目實施供應鏈管理具備的優勢條件

1.1 有利于形成較為完善的物資集散管理機制。建立“集中采購、統一結算、直達配送”的物流運作模式，為建立企業現代物流體系打下了良好的基礎。也對規范建筑物料采購、供應管理行為、降低采購成本起到了重要作用。
