摘 要:預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土,就是事先人為地在鋼筋混凝土中引入內(nèi)部應(yīng)力,且其數(shù)值和分布恰好能將使用荷載產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力抵消到一個(gè)合適程度的混凝土。預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)由于采用了高強(qiáng)度材料和預(yù)應(yīng)力工藝,節(jié)省了材料,減少了構(gòu)件截面尺寸,進(jìn)而減輕了構(gòu)件自重,因而特別適合于建造由恒載控制設(shè)計(jì)的大跨度橋梁。在曲線配筋或大型構(gòu)件的橋梁施工中,多采用后張法建立預(yù)應(yīng)力,靠錨具來傳遞和控制預(yù)應(yīng)力。預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線施工是橋梁施工質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一,在施工中要高度重視。本文就箱梁預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線施工中的各施工環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行論述。

Abstract: Prestressed reinforced concrete, is that the prior factitious ground is introduced in reinforced concrete inner stress and its numerical and distribution can be produced using just the stress offset load to a suitable degree of concrete. Prestressed reinforced concrete structure as a result of the high strength materials and the prestressing processes, save material, reduced the component section size and thus alleviate the components, and particularly suitable for gravity by constant load control design to build the large span bridge. The curve of large components reinforcement or the bridge construction in, use more zhang method to establish the prestressed, after by the anchorage to transmission and control of prestressed cable. Prestressed strands of the bridge construction quality control of construction is one of the key links, in construction, must pay close attention to. This paper box girder construction of prestressed strands of construction link quality control system were discussed.

1.千斤頂與油表校正
預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉的設(shè)備應(yīng)按錨具說明書的千斤頂型號配套使用。千斤頂在使用前必須按要求及時(shí)經(jīng)主管部門授權(quán)的法定計(jì)量技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行千斤頂、油泵及油壓表配套標(biāo)定,確定其校正系數(shù),張拉時(shí)嚴(yán)格按標(biāo)定報(bào)告上注明的油泵號、油表號和千斤頂號配套安裝使用。張拉前,應(yīng)按照校正系數(shù)公式計(jì)算出分級加載的油表讀數(shù)與張拉力的對應(yīng)值。
在下列情況下應(yīng)重新標(biāo)定:新千斤頂初次使用前;油壓表指針不能退回零點(diǎn)時(shí);千斤頂、油壓表和油管進(jìn)行過更換或維修后;當(dāng)千斤頂使用超過6個(gè)月或張拉超過200次以上;在使用過程中出現(xiàn)其他不正常現(xiàn)象。
由于千斤頂和儀表的特殊作用,要求千斤頂和儀表由專人使用和管理,操作人員需具備預(yù)應(yīng)力施工知識方可上崗操作。……
