LVL木框架受力性能試驗

摘 要：旋切板膠合木是一種人造工程木，一般采用防水結構膠，將鋸材拼接起來后沿木材纖維方向平行層積膠合熱壓而制成的工程木產品。和實木材料相比，旋切板膠合木（LVL）強度高，尺寸穩定性好，抗震性能良好，尺寸規格靈活，經濟性能好，耐火性能、隔音保溫性能良好，防火性能好，易于加工，可實現連續化生產，但在建筑行業應用不多。本文將旋切板膠合木制成6榀框架構件，分別為LVL植筋連接純框架、LVL鋼填板純框架以及LVL填充剪力墻梁柱式木框架，通過一系列試驗研究了旋切板膠合木框架的受力性質。

Abstract： Rotary cut veneer wood is a kind of man-made engineered wood. In general， the waterproof structure adhesive， the lumber splicing up along the fiber direction of the wood layer parallel product of hot press gluing and made of engineered wood products. Compared to the material and solid wood， rotary cut veneer wood （LVL） high strength， good dimensional stability， good seismic performance， flexible sizes， good economic performance， fire resistance， sound insulation performance is good， good fireproof performance， easy processing， realize the continuous production， but in the construction industry applications. The rotary cut veneer wood into 6 pin frame member， respectively for LVL bonded rebar connection pure framework， LVL steel fill in the pure frame and LVL filled shear wall beam column wood frame， through a series of experiments on the rotary cutting veneer wood frame of the nature of the force.

1.前言

我國速生林資源豐富，在制漿、造紙、人造板等林產工業和家具、裝修等行業得到廣泛應用，但在建筑行業應用不多。現代木材深加工技術成功應用于木材加工業，旋切板膠合木發展潛力巨大，和實木材料相比，旋切板膠合木物理性能更優，易于加工，產品附加值高。

旋切板膠合木（LVL）強度高，尺寸穩定性好，抗震性能良好，尺寸規格靈活，經濟性能好，耐火性能、隔音保溫性能良好[2][3]。防火性優于木材，可實現連續化生產。

我國雖然漸漸開始有建筑物使用旋切板膠合木， 但是數量極少，試驗小組將通過不同的試驗來對旋切板膠合木結構受力性能進行一定的研究。

2.LVL木框架結構抗側性能試驗

2.1試件的制作

（1）LVL鋼填板純框架（KJ1）

準備好框架所需要的材料，測量畫線并孔槽的位置，分別對梁柱開槽、取孔，之后T型鋼板，完成柱腳鋼板拼接以及梁柱節點的拼接，最后進行框架組裝。……
