粉煤灰對水中酸性品紅的吸附研究*

摘要以粉煤灰為吸附劑,研究了粉煤灰對酸性品紅的吸附效果。選取了粒徑、投加量、溫度、時間、轉速、染料濃度6個因素進行單因素實驗,研究了各個因素對粉煤灰的影響,研究表明,粉煤灰對酸性品紅的吸附效果很好,最高去除率可達99.63%;并且從熱力學和動力學兩方面對粉煤灰吸附酸性品紅的過程進行擬合,結果表明,粉煤灰對酸性品紅吸附的熱力學過程比較符合模型LangmuirEXT1,動力學過程比較符合準一級吸附動力學方程BoxLucas1。

Study on Adsorption of Acid Fuchsin in Water by Fly Ash

The research shows that the adsorption of fly ash on acid fuchsin is satisfying and the highest removal rate can be up to 99.63%; from the two aspects of thermodynamics and kinetics, the adsorption of fly ash on acid fuchsin is fitted and the results show that the thermodynamic process of the adsorption conforms to model EXT1 and the dynamic process agrees with the pseudo first order adsorption kinetic equation.Key Wordsfly ashadsorptionacid fuchion

吸附法是處理印染廢水中污染物的重要方法,目前工業生產主要應用活性炭作為吸附劑,但活性炭存在著生產成本高、再生困難等缺點[1]。現在常用的染料廢水處理方法主要有生物降解[2-3]、氧化[4]、膜技術[5]和吸附[6]。如今我國煤化工項目的發展必定會產生大量的粉煤灰,如何將粉煤灰綜合利用成為了國內外研究的熱點。粉煤灰本身具有多孔的結構和較大的比表面積,具有很好的吸附效果。本試驗采用粉煤灰對水中酸性品紅進行吸附,研究了粉煤灰粒徑、粉煤灰投加量、吸附溫度、吸附時間、搖床轉速、品紅溶液濃度對去除率的影響,并從動力學和熱力學角度研究了粉煤灰對酸性品紅的吸附與吸附模型的擬合情況。……
