創(chuàng)業(yè)精神促進(jìn)高校教師工作的研究

摘 要 在整個(gè)中國(guó)動(dòng)員全國(guó)開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的大背景下，創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的培養(yǎng)對(duì)高校教師顯得尤為重要;要明確創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)的含義，分析創(chuàng)業(yè)精神與高校教師的關(guān)系，探討創(chuàng)業(yè)精神促進(jìn)高校教師工作的方法研究，最終闡明創(chuàng)業(yè)精神內(nèi)涵要求要將工作視為天職。創(chuàng)業(yè)精神作為一種態(tài)度、方法應(yīng)滲透于每個(gè)人，每個(gè)領(lǐng)域，每個(gè)區(qū)域，乃至整個(gè)國(guó)家。

On Entrepreneurship Spirit to Advance University Teachers' Work

Abstract In the context of the whole China launched a nationwide mobilization activities innovation and entrepreneurship， fostering entrepreneurship of college teachers is particularly important; to clear the meaning of innovation and entrepreneurship， analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship and university teachers， and to explore the promotion of entrepreneurship of University Teachers Work method ultimately clarify the requirements of the connotation of entrepreneurship to work as vocation. Entrepreneurship as an attitude， approach should permeate every person， every field， every region， and the whole country.

0 前言

風(fēng)靡世界的蘋(píng)果手機(jī)創(chuàng)始人及靈魂人物——喬布斯從始至終都將創(chuàng)業(yè)精神貫穿一切，包括公司建筑、室內(nèi)建筑、工人等;其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的蘋(píng)果公司從不做市場(chǎng)需要調(diào)查，因?yàn)樗麍?jiān)信他的產(chǎn)品必是人們所需要的，即大家需要蘋(píng)果手機(jī)，之所以有此等魄力，創(chuàng)新是必不可少的因素。如今創(chuàng)業(yè)精神滲透社會(huì)的各個(gè)方面，臺(tái)灣中山大學(xué)劉常勇說(shuō)過(guò)：“所謂的創(chuàng)業(yè)型社會(huì)，是在良好配套環(huán)境下，激發(fā)全體人民的創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)活力，進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)成長(zhǎng)，它是一個(gè)國(guó)家邁向富強(qiáng)的最佳途徑。”中國(guó)已然成為一個(gè)巨大的創(chuàng)業(yè)型社會(huì)，作為培養(yǎng)人才的高校理應(yīng)首當(dāng)其沖，將創(chuàng)業(yè)精神附于高校的每一人，高校教師更是如此。這里的創(chuàng)業(yè)不是“充滿(mǎn)激情去開(kāi)公司”的傳統(tǒng)理解，Shame（1974）和Siropolis（1989）說(shuō)：“創(chuàng)業(yè)是一種無(wú)中生有的歷程，只要?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)者具備求新、求變、求發(fā)展的心態(tài)，以創(chuàng)造新價(jià)值的方式為新事業(yè)創(chuàng)造利潤(rùn)，那么就能說(shuō)這一過(guò)程中充滿(mǎn)了創(chuàng)業(yè)精神”。①
