數(shù)值仿真軟件集成平臺(tái)SiPESC研發(fā)進(jìn)展研究

摘 要:數(shù)值仿真/計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工程分析(CAE)是用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)工程結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)品的力學(xué)物理性能,進(jìn)行分析、模擬、預(yù)測(cè)、評(píng)價(jià)和優(yōu)化,近年來(lái)出現(xiàn)的“虛擬制造、數(shù)字化制造和精細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)”,則以數(shù)值仿真方法為核心。數(shù)值仿真的核心概念是計(jì)算和模擬,軟件是其應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵載體。數(shù)值仿真軟件目前主要由歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家研發(fā),并已成為其工業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的核心工具。從2006年開始美國(guó)信息技術(shù)顧問(wèn)委員會(huì)、美國(guó)自然科學(xué)基金委、美國(guó)國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力委員會(huì)、美國(guó)高性能計(jì)算與美國(guó)制造業(yè)圓桌會(huì)議等組織陸續(xù)發(fā)布報(bào)告,認(rèn)為:“計(jì)算科學(xué)已成為科學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位、經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和國(guó)家安全的關(guān)鍵”“基于模擬的工程應(yīng)成為工程與科學(xué)領(lǐng)域國(guó)家優(yōu)先發(fā)展項(xiàng)目”“從競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中勝出就是從計(jì)算中勝出”。我國(guó)數(shù)值仿真軟件市場(chǎng)幾乎完全被國(guó)外企業(yè)壟斷,長(zhǎng)期依賴國(guó)外軟件,形成的嚴(yán)重困局是:國(guó)外軟件缺乏足夠開放性,新型算法和研究工作無(wú)法實(shí)施,限制了我國(guó)科研水平的提升;國(guó)外軟件的高端/特殊計(jì)算模塊對(duì)我國(guó)實(shí)施禁運(yùn),極大地制約了我國(guó)高精尖裝備/產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)能力。我國(guó)已確立創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,必須獨(dú)立自主發(fā)展核心創(chuàng)新能力,自主數(shù)值仿真軟件研發(fā)正迎來(lái)極好地發(fā)展機(jī)遇期。大連理工大在計(jì)算力學(xué)軟件平臺(tái)方面已堅(jiān)持了幾代人40余年的研發(fā)歷程。從2007年啟動(dòng)了工程與科學(xué)計(jì)算集成化軟件平臺(tái)SiPESC的研發(fā)工作,該報(bào)告對(duì)SiPESC研發(fā)進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了介紹,包括研發(fā)背景、設(shè)計(jì)思路與系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、集成化功能、集成化CAE軟件系統(tǒng)研發(fā)、典型工程應(yīng)用等。

Advancements of Design and Development for SiPESC - a Software Integration Platform of Numerical Simulation

Abstract:Numerical simulation/Computer aided design (CAE) is applied to analyse, simulate, predict and design mechanical and physical performances of engineering structures and products by the employment of computers. The core of most recent concepts of “virtual manufacture”“digital manufacture”“fine design” in engineering is numerical simulation. Key concept of numerical simulation is computation and computer modeling, therefore software is its vehicle from theory to application. Numerical simulation software systems are mainly developed by developed countries like USA or those in Europe and these software systems became core tools of innovative design for engineering products. Since 2006, several national organizations/committees in USA (Presidents Information Technology Advisory Committee, National Science Foundation, Council on Competitiveness) continuously issued reports to stress that “Computational science has become critical to scientific leadership, economic competitiveness, and national security.”“There are immediate opportunities to strengthen the U.S. capability for SBE (Simulation Based Engineering).”“To out compete is to out compute”. China has established developing strategic through innovation and we must develop our capability independently. Self-developed numerical simulation software is of paramount importance and is facing fast developing opportunity. Dalian University of Technology (DUT) has engaged self-developed software of computational mechanics for several generations and for over 40 years. Since 2007, DUT started the research project of SiPESC—Software Integration Software Platform for Engineering and Scientific Computation. This report introduce the development of SiPESC, including research background, design ideas and system framework, systems integration capability, computation and design optimization for CAE and engineering application.
