摘 要:浮標式高頻地波雷達是一種能夠突破傳統地波雷達僅能沿海岸線布設的限制,通過接收天-地混合路徑回波,將探測范圍擴展至遠海區域,大大增強雷達系統部署的靈活性的新型高頻地波雷達。該系統具有可拓展性,具備進一步接納雷達節點的能力,為多樣性的應用提供了可能,該系統在國內是首次論證并自主設計,是我國海洋技術領域在十二五期間的863重點課題。浮標式高頻地波雷達主要由地波雷達分系統、浮標平臺分系統、軟件子系統、電源通信運管分系統組成,其結構緊湊、功耗低,環境適應性好。通過研究浮標式高頻地波雷達總體技術、多頻段多通道并行的被動相參接收技術、基于多徑多源信息融合算法反演技術、運動與姿態(多譜勒頻移)補償技術、圓形天線陣列及其自適應波束形成技術、浮標平臺穩定性設計技術、海洋環境密閉防腐設計技術、電源通信運行管理控制技術,并在軟件算法設計、浮標平臺設計、低功耗雷達主機設計、雷達全自動化工作等方面進行重點突破,基本完成了浮標式高頻地波雷達的研制開發任務。目前產品初裝已全部完成,并已完成硬件聯調,具備進行軟件聯調及外場試驗階段的條件。

Abstract:Buoy HFSWR can break through the limit of the traditional ground radar can only laid along the coastline, by receiving day-mix echo path, the detection range is extended to regions far from the sea, greatly enhancing the flexibility to deploy a radar system. The system has scalability, with the ability to further acceptance radar nodes, provides the possibility for the diversity of applications, this is the first demonstration system in the country and independent design, the 863 subjects in the field of marine technology during the second five. Currently initial product installation has been completed, and has completed the hardware debugging, it has the conditions of software debugging and qualified field testing.
