摘 要：中小型水電站建設設計地域復雜，然其需要協調、完善的事項不亞于中大型水電站建設。而且在項目建設過程中能得到有關部門的支持力度又遠遠趕不上中大型水利項目，因此，在中小型水電站項目建設的勘察設計、前期報審（批）、參建各方的選擇及合同的文本條款落實方面更要高度重視。本文從參與那新水電站的建設全過程對以上各方面的工作進行論述，希望能給類似水電站項目帶來借鑒。
