萬(wàn)豪122億美元收購(gòu)喜達(dá)屋 全球最大酒店集團(tuán)誕生

美國(guó)酒店巨頭萬(wàn)豪國(guó)際集團(tuán)于當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間16日宣布，以122億美元達(dá)成收購(gòu)喜達(dá)屋酒店及度假村集團(tuán)的協(xié)議，后者旗下?lián)碛蠾酒店、瑞吉以及喜來(lái)登等品牌，而萬(wàn)豪將成為全球提供客房總數(shù)最多的酒店集團(tuán)。

萬(wàn)豪是在淘汰多家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手后達(dá)成的該筆交易，將使得合并后的公司在全球擁有5500多家酒店，共計(jì)110萬(wàn)間客房。截至2015年9月，兩家公司此前12個(gè)月合并收入達(dá)到27億美元。
