面朝大海，春暖花開

From tomorrow on， I will be a happy man，

Grooming， chopping， and traveling all over the world.

From tomorrow on， I will care foodstuff and vegetables，

I have a house towards the sea， with spring flowers blossoming.

From tomorrow on， I will write to each of my dear ones，

Telling them of my happiness.

What the lightening of blessedness has told me，

I will spread it to each of them.

And give a warm name for every river and every mountain.

我只愿面朝大海，春暖花開

海子（1964-1989），原名查海生，中國當代詩人。 1979年15歲時考入北京大學法律系，1982年開始詩歌創作。1983年畢業后在中國政法大學政治系哲學教研室任教。1989年3月26日，詩人去世，年僅25歲。《面朝大海，春暖花開》是其代表作之一，廣為流傳。
