致密砂巖氣藏體積改造增產(chǎn)效果數(shù)值模擬

摘要:隨著勘探開發(fā)工作深入,致密砂巖氣藏儲(chǔ)量所占比例不斷提高,體積改造是實(shí)現(xiàn)該類氣藏突破的重要技術(shù)手段。為研究體積改造在致密砂巖氣藏中的增產(chǎn)效果,采用Eclipse油藏?cái)?shù)值模擬軟件,以蘇里格致密砂巖氣藏為基礎(chǔ),基于數(shù)值模擬方法對(duì)體積改造與常規(guī)壓裂的開發(fā)效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,研究了不同基質(zhì)滲透率和裂縫網(wǎng)絡(luò)間距對(duì)體積改造增產(chǎn)效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,基質(zhì)滲透率和裂縫網(wǎng)絡(luò)間距對(duì)體積改造的有效性起關(guān)鍵作用;基質(zhì)滲透率越低,裂縫網(wǎng)絡(luò)間距越小,體積改造的增產(chǎn)效果越好;當(dāng)基質(zhì)滲透率達(dá)到一定界限時(shí),體積改造的增產(chǎn)效果有限,不適合大規(guī)模體積改造;降低裂縫網(wǎng)絡(luò)間距,可提高體積改造有效性的基質(zhì)滲透率界限。該研究對(duì)致密砂巖氣藏進(jìn)行體積改造,提高單井產(chǎn)量和氣田開發(fā)效果具有指導(dǎo)意義。

Numerical Simulation of Stimulation Effect by Volume Transformation of Tight
Sandstone Gas Reservoir

Abstract:With further exploration and development, and the increasing proportion of tight sandstone gas reservoir, volume transformation is an important technical means for the breakthrough in achieving this kind of gas. By means of eclipse software, based on the data of Sulige tight sandstone gas, we compared the development effect of numerical simulation method with the conventional methods, and studied the impact of different matrix permeability and fracture network spacing on the yield-increasing effect of volume fracturing. Results showed that the matrix permeability and fracture network spacing played a key role on the validity of volume fracturing; the lower the matrix permeability and the smaller the network fracture spacing, the higher the production contribution of network fracture; when matrix permeability reached a certain limit, the stimulation effect of network fracture was limited, so it was not suitable for large-scale volume fracturing; reducing the fracture network spacing could enhance the limit of matrix permeability which was suitable for volume fracturing. The study had a guiding significance for improving the effect of single well production and gas field development of tight sandstone gas reservoir by means of SRV.
