提高科研水平，共創(chuàng)精品工程

【摘要】研究目的：探討利用科技水平提高土地工程質(zhì)量，打造精品工程。研究方法：文獻(xiàn)比較和理論分析法。研究結(jié)果：隨著土地工程行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，精品工程的示范帶動(dòng)作用逐漸凸顯，而精品工程的打造需要多方面的因素。在實(shí)踐中，應(yīng)增強(qiáng)科研的服務(wù)功能，用文化、科技引領(lǐng)工程，將科研成果回饋社會(huì)；培養(yǎng)工程科技人才；合理應(yīng)用施工新技術(shù)，確保工程質(zhì)量，不斷打造精品工程，使土地工程企業(yè)走向良性的發(fā)展之路。

Improve the Quality of Scientific Research， Create Excellent Project

Abstract： The purpose of the paper is to explore the way to improve land engineering quality and create excellent project by using technology. Methods： Literature comparison and theoretical analysis were employed. Results： With the rapid development of land engineering industry， the demonstration effect of excellent project is more and more evident and a variety of factors are needed to building a excellent project. In practice， we should strengthen the service function of scientific research， and use culture and science to guide the project， finally， feedback the research achievements to the society. Cultivating engineering science and technology talents， applying new construction technology reasonably， ensuring the engineering quality， creating excellent project constantly， making land engineering enterprise develop in a healthy way.

近年來(lái)，突飛猛進(jìn)的土地工程事業(yè)，給土地工程從業(yè)者們帶來(lái)了極好的機(jī)遇和效益，水利、環(huán)境、土木、市政等各行各業(yè)也都投入到土地工程行業(yè)來(lái)。陜西省土地工程建設(shè)集團(tuán)公司為了抓住這個(gè)機(jī)遇，求得更大的發(fā)展，充分認(rèn)識(shí)到要想長(zhǎng)期占領(lǐng)土地工程市場(chǎng)，除了保質(zhì)保量地完成工程任務(wù)外，必須創(chuàng)自己的名牌工程，創(chuàng)自己的精品工程。實(shí)踐證明，將質(zhì)量作為企業(yè)的生命線，才是企業(yè)的生存之本，也是企業(yè)的發(fā)展之路。

1.科技水平是創(chuàng)精品工程的保障

為了保證土地工程行業(yè)精品工程順利實(shí)施，應(yīng)從以下幾方面考慮：首先，充分發(fā)揮集團(tuán)公司在施工、設(shè)備、資金等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)[1]；其次，不斷完善質(zhì)量管理機(jī)制，走質(zhì)量效益型發(fā)展之路；最后，不斷加大科研投入，以科技保質(zhì)量，以科技求發(fā)展[2～3]。

近年來(lái)，集團(tuán)公司把學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和企業(yè)價(jià)值統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，把科研水平和行業(yè)發(fā)展結(jié)合……
