【摘要】目的:探討電子分診標(biāo)簽在急診科急診預(yù)檢應(yīng)用過程中的臨床效果分析。方法:選取2013年5月至2014年5月間的急診活動作為研究對象,以時間為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將2013年5月至2013年10月作為對照組,采取傳統(tǒng)手工登記的預(yù)檢分診制度,將2013年12月至2014年5月作為觀察組,采取電子分診標(biāo)簽對患者進(jìn)行預(yù)檢分診,分別統(tǒng)計兩組患者在此期間的分診準(zhǔn)確情況、醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生情況、患者掛號時間、預(yù)檢信息登記時間以及患者對護(hù)理質(zhì)量的滿意程度。結(jié)果:在采取電子分診標(biāo)簽的觀察組期間,患者分診正確明顯高于對照組,差異具有高度統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<001),且醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生率較對照組大大降低,差異具有高度統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<001),患者平均掛號時間、預(yù)檢分診時間明顯少于對照組,且觀察組期間,患者的平均滿意度明顯優(yōu)于對照組,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<005)。結(jié)論:電子分診標(biāo)簽可以明顯提高急診科在預(yù)檢分診中的分診準(zhǔn)確性,降低醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生的概率,提高了急診科護(hù)理工作效率和患者滿意度,在條件準(zhǔn)許下可適當(dāng)推廣。

Methods: a retrospective analysis in May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital emergency department patients were as the research object, which in May 2013 to October 2013 clinic patients were as control group,adopted the traditional manual registration during the preview of triage system,mean while,in December 2013 were to May 2013 as observation group, electronic triage labels for the patient was taken to preview during triage, after statistics of two groups of patients during this period the triage of patients with accurate situation and situation of medical dispute occurs, register time, preview information registration time on the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction. Results: Taking electronic triage label during the observation group, patients triage right is significantly higher than the control group ( P< 001), and the incidence of medical disputes was greatly reduced (P< 001), patients average registration time, preview triage time significantly less than the control group, and during the observation group, average patient satisfaction was better than control group, with statistical significance (P< 005).Conclusion: Electronic triage tags can obviously increase the emergency department in the preview in the triage triage accuracy, reduce the incidence of medical disputes, improve the efficiency of emergency nursing and patients satisfaction.It can be prmoted appropriately under the conditions permit.

急診醫(yī)學(xué)科(室)或急診醫(yī)學(xué)中心是醫(yī)院中重癥病人最集中、病種最多、搶救和管理任務(wù)最重的科室,是所有急診病人入院治療的必經(jīng)之路。急診科面對患者的病情病種較為多樣,病情較為復(fù)雜,如何高效、快速,且根據(jù)患者病情的危急嚴(yán)重程度對患者病情進(jìn)行分類,對患者的進(jìn)一步治療以及最終的康復(fù)都有著重要意義[1]。而急診預(yù)檢作為急診科中的一個常規(guī)環(huán)節(jié)就顯得十分重要,急診預(yù)檢,是根據(jù)疾病的嚴(yán)重程度治療的優(yōu)先原則,以及合理地利用急診資源對患者進(jìn)行快速分類,以確定治療或進(jìn)一步處理的優(yōu)先次序過程[2-3]。在傳統(tǒng)的急診預(yù)檢過程中,仍以急診科護(hù)理人員的手工記錄為主,預(yù)檢登記時間較長,極可能延誤患者的病情,稍有不慎極易導(dǎo)致患者死殘?!?br>
