基于傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的智慧酒店系統(tǒng)研究

摘 ?要： 酒店需要提升其智慧經(jīng)營、服務(wù)和控制的能力。通過對相關(guān)企業(yè)調(diào)研，以及對傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究和實(shí)驗(yàn)，得出，在酒店構(gòu)建ZigBee的應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)，采用無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，在多媒體接入控制（MAC）層上執(zhí)行IEEE802.11e升級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)酒店4級優(yōu)先業(yè)務(wù)管理模式。使酒店在構(gòu)建第三方軟件信息融合的平臺上，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一信號處理、存儲、計算與反饋，滿足智慧服務(wù)和控制的應(yīng)用需求。

Research on smart hotel system based on sensor network

Abstract： Through the investigation of relevant enterprises， research and experiment of sensor networks and its application， we can conclude that hotels can achieve the level four priority business management model， after construction of ZigBee networks， implementation of wireless sensor networks and execution of IEEE802.11e standard upgrade on multimedia access control （MAC） layer. Hotels could then process， store， compute and feedback signals on a third-party software integration platform， which will meet the requirement of management intelligence， service intelligence and control intelligence.

0 引言

⑴ 研究背景

我國酒店業(yè)（Hospitality）經(jīng)歷了持續(xù)多年的高速發(fā)展，近5年的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計表明，全國星級酒店總數(shù)均值約12800家[1]，酒店是旅游業(yè)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。但目前我國酒店業(yè)在經(jīng)營管理上應(yīng)用科技含量不足、知識密集程度不高，智慧酒店的建設(shè)是酒店業(yè)由傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的突破口。在業(yè)界對智慧酒店發(fā)展方向比較公認(rèn)的有三大應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域：智慧經(jīng)營、智慧服務(wù)、智慧控制。在經(jīng)營上酒店充分應(yīng)用了電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，市場營銷發(fā)展迅速，但對入住酒店客人體驗(yàn)和感受較直接的智慧服務(wù)和控制，研究和應(yīng)用還較少。經(jīng)過對上海地區(qū)高星級酒店和相關(guān)IT企業(yè)調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)，對于智慧服務(wù)和智慧控制的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用推廣，在眾多技術(shù)中，應(yīng)用無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)（Wireless Sensor Networks，WSN），構(gòu)建智慧酒店控制服務(wù)平臺是一個可行的技術(shù)解決方案。
