9月8日下午,臺灣貿(mào)易中心北京代表處舉辦了臺北南港國際展覽中心推薦交流會。臺灣貿(mào)易中心北京代表處首席代表林國陽、南港國際展覽中心主任顏木松、展會業(yè)務(wù)組高級專員楊玉云、國內(nèi)組展代理機構(gòu)、會展媒體等參加了推介會。
主辦方向與會代表介紹了展覽中心的基本設(shè)施和運營成功經(jīng)驗。通過多元化營運及專業(yè)化服務(wù),目前場館使用率超過45%,達(dá)歷史新高。運營方表示,場館不斷投資完善館內(nèi)設(shè)施,而2號館也即將開工,計劃在未來達(dá)到60%的使用率。(蘇希玲)
香港會展中心多元業(yè)務(wù)繁榮增長
2014-2015財年(2014年7月-2015年6月),香港會展中心共承辦活動1,113場,包括111個展會和38個會議,以及數(shù)百個企業(yè)會議、宴會與娛樂活動。這些活動共接待來自世界各地的賓客640萬人,為歷年來最高。
其中,重復(fù)舉辦的展會為會展中心營業(yè)額的主要來源。有15場重復(fù)舉辦的展會面積增長率達(dá)到兩位數(shù)。而會議業(yè)務(wù)自場館開業(yè)以來一直強勁,從1988年至今已舉辦44,209場活動。(夏雪)
巴塞羅那旅游博覽會可通過社交媒體直接注冊
巴塞羅那旅游博覽會將于11月17-19日舉行。參會代表和觀眾可以通過LinkedIn, Facebook 或Twitter三大社交媒體直接注冊,將個人資料直接用于展會注冊。在成功注冊后,代表們還可以看到通過同一社交媒體注冊的參會者并互相關(guān)聯(lián),還可以邀請在這一社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的朋友進(jìn)行注冊。展會高級總監(jiān)表示,在展會上,溝通就是一切,通過社交媒體注冊,參會變得更加容易,并可以在展會前就與其他代表進(jìn)行溝通。(周露)
Taiwan Trade Center promoted Nangang Exhibition Center in Beijing
On 8 September, Taiwan Trade Center (TTC) Beijing Office hosted Nangang International Exhibition Center Promotional Seminar in Beijing. Kuoyang Lin, Chief Representative of TTC Beijing, Moses Yen, Executive Director of the Exhibition Center, exhibition companies from Beijing and exhibition media attended the seminar.
The host introduced the facilities and operation experience of the Exhibition Center. Founded in 2007, the Exhibition Center now boasts an occupation rate of 45%.
HKCEC welcomes record breaking 6.4 million visitors
During the fiscal year 2014-2015 (July 2014 to June 2015), a total of 1,113 events were held at the HKCEC, including 111 exhibitions and 38 conferences, along with hundreds of corporate meetings, banquets and entertainment events. The total number of attendees at these 1,113 events combined with diners at the HKCEC’s seven restaurants was almost 6.4 million people.
They included industries as diverse as foreign exchange service, natural and organic products, photo imaging and camera, vegetarian food and rail. The recurrent 104 exhibitions continued to be the backbone of the HKCEC’s exhibition portfolio.
Registering with social media profile
Visitors to?ibtm world in Barcelona?(17 to 19 November) can now register using their LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter profile. The enhanced registration function will enable attendees to directly connect via their social media profiles ahead of the event. After successfully registering, participants will also be able to see who else in their network has registered using the same social media channel to connect, see who else outside of their network has registered using the same social media channel, invite their social network to attend the event and share their attendance with their social networks. Graeme Barnett, Senior Exhibition Director ibtm world, commented: “At ibtm world connections mean everything, and now we’ve made it easier for our trade visitors to connect, even before the event.”
