摘 "要: 針對工業(yè)長距離測控環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)了基于以太網(wǎng)的傾角測量系統(tǒng),與傳統(tǒng)的RS 232,RS 485/422通信接口相比,以太網(wǎng)接口具有低成本、易于組網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢,方便實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)管控一體化。根據(jù)MEMS加速度傳感器的工作原理和特點(diǎn),研究了一種基于MEMS加速度傳感器以及體積最小的以太網(wǎng)芯片的傾角測量系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的工作原理,重點(diǎn)闡述了系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),編寫了基于UDP通信協(xié)議的微控制器端的軟件和上位機(jī)端的實(shí)時(shí)顯示軟件,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:該系統(tǒng)集成度高,功耗低,可靠性高,可用于各種長距離姿態(tài)測量。與傳統(tǒng)的傾角測量系統(tǒng)相比具有測量精度高、測量范圍大、使用及攜帶方便等特點(diǎn)。

Design of angle measurement system based on Ethernet

Abstract: For the long?distance industrial monitoring and control, an angle measurement system based on Ethernet is designed. Compared with the traditional RS232 and RS485/422 communication interface, Ethernet interface has the advantages of low cost and easy networking, which is convenient to realize enterprise integration management. According to the working principle and characteristics of the MEMS accelerometer sensor, a realization method of angle measurement system based on MEMS accelerometer sensor and the smallest Ethernet chip is studied. The working principle of the system is introduced. The hardware circuit design and software design of the system are expounded emphatically. The software for microcontroller and the PC real?time display software based on UDP communication protocol were compiled and tested in experiment. The experimental results show that the system has high integration, low power consumption, high reliability, and can be used for a variety of long distance attitude measurement. Compared with the conventional angle measurement system, the system has characteristics of high measuring accuracy, large measuring range, and is convenient to carry and use.

傾角測量系統(tǒng)廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)器人的機(jī)械臂伸展確定、車船體的傾斜測量、巖體傾向判斷、工程鉆空軌跡檢測等方面。隨著傳感技術(shù)的發(fā)展,新興的MEMS加速度傳感器體積小、重量輕、功耗小、成本低、可靠性高、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化和智能化,越來越多的運(yùn)用在傾角測量領(lǐng)域。在工業(yè)測控環(huán)境中,長距離測量是必不可少的。常用的通信接口有RS 232、RS 485/422、以太網(wǎng)等[1?3],其中RS 232為最常用的雙向通信接口,但其通信距離和傳輸速度有限;RS 485/422使用差分信號傳輸,具有更好的抗噪性和更遠(yuǎn)的傳輸距離,在應(yīng)用中可以建立連向PC的分布式設(shè)備網(wǎng)絡(luò);以太網(wǎng)是一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的開放式通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),具有低成本、易于組網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢,同時(shí)帶寬高,資源共享能力強(qiáng),易與Internet連接,方便實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公自動化網(wǎng)絡(luò)與工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)的無縫連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)管控一體化。……
