摘 "要: 合理的分布式儲能配置不僅可以推動可再生能源的應(yīng)用,還可提高分布式電源的運行穩(wěn)定性、維持系統(tǒng)頻率和電壓穩(wěn)定、補償負(fù)荷隨機(jī)波動、降低供電成本等。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種分布式儲能系統(tǒng)綜合評估體系,該體系除了考慮儲能系統(tǒng)的影響因素及技術(shù)性能外,還綜合儲能的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、安全性和可靠性等,并結(jié)合多方專家干預(yù)選取典型技術(shù)指標(biāo)及經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),以導(dǎo)則規(guī)定、成熟的技術(shù)結(jié)論及運行經(jīng)驗為指標(biāo)評價判據(jù),能夠準(zhǔn)確應(yīng)用到工程評價,得到科學(xué)的評價結(jié)果。通過對實際工程進(jìn)行評估,得到儲能配置情況分析結(jié)果,驗證分布式儲能系統(tǒng)評估體系的有效性,同時也為系統(tǒng)控制策略調(diào)整、儲能配置優(yōu)化方向提供指導(dǎo)。

Evaluation method of distributed energy storage system in consideration of optimization configuration influence factors

Abstract: Reasonable distributed energy storage configuration can not only promote renewable energy application, but also improve the running stability of the distributed power, maintain the system frequency and voltage stability, compensate the random fluctuation of load, reduce the power supply cost, etc. In consideration of these, a comprehensive evaluation system for distributed energy storage system is put forward in this paper, in which the influence factors and technical performance of energy storage system, as well as the efficiency, security and reliability of integrated energy storage are considered. In combination with many experts’ interventions to select typical technical indexes and economic indexes, and by taking guide rule stipulation, mature technology conclusion and running experience as evaluation criterion, it is able to accurately be applied to the engineering evaluation to obtain scientific evaluation results. Energy storage configuration analysis results can be obtained by evaluating the actual project to verify the validity of the distributed energy storage evaluation system. It also provided a guidance for the control strategy adjustment and energy storage configuration optimization direction.

隨著電力系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,分布式發(fā)電技術(shù)越來越受到人們的重視。但是分布式電源并網(wǎng)會產(chǎn)生很多問題,根本原因在于其出力具有間歇性和隨機(jī)性。因此儲能系統(tǒng)作為分布式發(fā)電系統(tǒng)必要的能量緩沖環(huán)節(jié),其作用越來越重要。
分布式儲能是指在用電側(cè)將電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機(jī)械能、化學(xué)能等其他能量形式存儲起來,在需要時再轉(zhuǎn)換成電能釋放出來的一種裝置。在規(guī)劃分布式電源的同時引入分布式儲能環(huán)節(jié),以實現(xiàn)需求側(cè)的管理,消除系統(tǒng)晝夜間峰谷差,平滑間歇性分布式電源并網(wǎng)點的功率波動[1]?!?br>
