重慶成中國最具吸引力旅游城市讓重慶旅游走向世界

標準排名（中國）研究院5月發布了《2015年中國旅游城市吸引力排行榜》，重慶排名第一，成為最具吸引力旅游城市。榜單顯示，吸引力指數位居前十位的城市分別是重慶、上海、北京、成都、杭州、蘇州、無錫、南京、武漢和廣州。

記者從榜單中看到，在2014年旅游接待人數這項指標上，重慶以3.49億人次排名第一。在2014年旅游總收入上，重慶以2003.37億元排名第五。在游客滿意度得分上，重慶也在前十。

此前，福布斯中文版以綜合旅游收入最高的100個地級以上城市為候選，根據其年度國內旅游人數、入境旅游人數、國內旅游收入、旅游外匯收入、所在地的星級飯店數、4A及以上旅游景區數等六個指標加權計算以確定最終排名。2013年到2014年，重慶在以上六個指標評分的排名中，國內旅游人數和入境旅游人數排名上升，其中重慶國內旅游人數最為突出，評分排名由第三升至第一，達3.46億人次，而廣州排名第三十一，近鄰成都排名第六。

發展旅游產業成為重慶的重頭戲之一。4月22日，中共重慶市委書記孫政才主持召開市委常委會會議，聽取全市旅游業發展情況的匯報，研究促進旅游業發展相關工作。會議指出，旅游業是現代服務業的重要組成部分，也是綜合性、戰略性產業，資源消耗低，產業關聯度大，就業機會多，是富民產業、綠色產業、可持續產業。加快旅游業改革發展，對于擴內需、穩增長、調結構、促就業、惠民生意義重大。重慶自然、人文、歷史資源豐富，旅游業發展潛力巨大，大有可為。

據2015年重慶旅游工作會議上公布的數據顯示，2014年重慶市旅游總收入突破了2000億元大關，同比增長13.1%，旅游接待總人數達3.49億人次，同比增長13.2%，兩項指標增速均比2013年高出一倍。

近年來，重慶高水平做好規劃，形成了各具特色、整體聯動的旅游發展格局。目前，重慶擁有大足石刻世界文化遺產、武隆喀斯特和南川金佛山喀斯特世界自然遺產等6個國家5A級旅游景區。重慶打造并榮獲“世界溫泉之都”魅力無窮，重慶提出的“非去不可”品牌深入人心。此外，世界上唯一乘船游覽的大峽谷長江三峽是中國推向世界的黃金旅游線路，被譽為世界第一懸挑玻璃景觀廊橋的云陽懸空玻璃廊橋等較為完善的硬件服務設施及管理服務水平，有力地促進了景區提檔升級，帶動了景區周邊區域的旅游經濟發展，有利于形成更多的景區特色品牌旅游點，吸引眾多慕名前來的游客。

如何更好地吸引國外游客，將重慶這座城市真正推向世界，成為國際知名旅游城市，為世界所曉，正是重慶旅游業努力的方向。“對外，加強宣傳推介，增強重慶對國內外旅客的吸引力；對內，推動旅游業轉型升級，打造多層次、有特色的旅游景點，不斷提升旅游服務水平。”這是4月22日市委常委會對重慶旅游業提出的要求。

據悉，重慶已開通國際（地區）客運航線36條，通航城市33個，其中，定期執行的國際（地區）航線33條，通航城市覆蓋了赫爾辛基、多哈、舊金山、悉尼、新加坡、首爾、東京、大阪、曼谷、普吉、濟州、暹粒、金邊、清邁、馬累、科倫坡，中國香港、澳門地區，臺灣地區的臺北、高雄等，今年4月重慶與意大利羅馬的直航也開通，同時將爭取開通到美國的直航航班。

目前，重慶已與世界各國33座城市締結為友好城市。英國、柬埔寨、日本、菲律賓、匈牙利、埃塞俄比亞、加拿大、丹麥、荷蘭、意大利等十國也相繼在重慶設立總領事館，各外國駐渝總領事館的設立，不僅為本市及周邊城市的居民出國簽證提供便利，同時讓更多國外游客來到重慶觀光游覽，更加有力地推進了重慶與世界各國的人際交往和旅游往來，讓重慶走向世界。

Chongqing – the Most Attractive Tourism City in China Enable Chongqing’s Tourism to Going Global

Chongqing,ranking No.1 in the 2015 Attraction List of Tourism Cities in China issued by the Standard Ranking Institute (China) in May,has been proven to be the most attractive tourism city in China.From the list,the top ten are respectively: Chongqing,Shanghai,Beijing,Chengdu,Hangzhou,Suzhou,Wuxi,Nanjing,Wuhan and Guangzhou.

It can be seen from the list that Chongqing,with 349 million person-times,ranks 1st in respect of tourist reception in 2014.Seen from the total tourism income in 2014,Chongqing ranks the 5th by RMB 200.337 billion.It also ranks in top ten in terms of tourist satisfaction.

Previously,Forbes (Chinese version) determined the final ranking of the 100 cities at prefecture level and above with the highest comprehensive tourism income through weighted calculation of the six indexes: annual number of domestic tourists,number of inbound travelers,income from domestic tourism,foreign exchange earnings from tourism,number of local star-rated hotels and number of tourist attractions of 4A or above.From 2013 to 2014,Chongqing moved up in terms of the first and second indexes.What is outstanding is that it moved from No.3 up to No.1 (346 million person-times) in terms of the number of domestic tourists,while Guangzhou ranked the 31st and Chengdu the 6th.

It is one of Chongqing’s major tasks to develop tourist industry.On April 22,Sun Zhengcai,Municipal Par ty Secretar y of Chongqing,chaired a meeting of Municipal Standing Committee and heard the report on the development of Chongqing's tourist industry.In the meeting,concerned personnel also studied related work to promote the development of tourist industry.It is pointed out in the meeting that tourist industry is an important part of the modern service industry and also a comprehensive and strategic industry because of its low resource consumption,high industrial linkage and numerous employment opportunities.Therefore,it is a people-enriching,green industry and sustainable industry and is of great significance for expanding domestic demand,stabilizing economic growth,adjusting economic structure,boosting employment and benefiting people's livelihood to accelerate the reform of tourist industry.Chongqing is abundant in natural,cultural and historical resources and thus has a tremendous development potential for its tourist industry.

From the data released on the 2015 Working Meeting of Chongqing’s Tourism,the total tourism income reaches over RMB 200 billion in 2014,increasing by 13.1% over the last year,and the total number of tourists reaches 349 million person-times,increasing by 13.2% over the last year.The increment speeds of such two indexes are both twice as those of 2013.

In recent years,Chongqing has made a high-quality urban planning and formed a unique and overall-linked development pattern for tourism.At present,it has one world cultural heritage (Dazu Rock Carvings) and two world natural heritages (Wulong Karst and Mount Jinfo),as well as six 5A tourist attractions.It has won the “World Capital of Hot Springs”and is impressed by its slogan “It is a must to visit Chongqing”.In addition,Three Gorges,the only canyon which can be visited by ship in the world,is a golden tourist route promoted to the world.The scenic spot has been upgraded by the Yunyang Cloud Glass Covered Bridge,known as the first cantilever glass covered bridge as landscape in the world,as well as other improved hardware facilities and management service level.The tourist economy has been driven for adjacent areas.Thus it helps develop more scenic spots with the characteristics of Three Gorges and attract numerous tourists.

Chongqing will be committed to bring in more foreign tourists,promote its tourism to the world and become an international famous tourism city.“To the outside,publicity will be strengthened to intensify Chongqing’s attraction to foreign tourists;to the domestic,transformation and upgrade of tourist industry will be promoted to develop multilevel and distinctive tourist attractions and improve tourism services”.This is the requirement proposed by the Municipal Standing Committee against Chongqing's tourist industry on April 22.

It is reported that Chongqing has 36 international (regional) passenger air routes under operation at present and is reachable to 33 cities,including Helsinki,Doha,San Francisco,Sydney,Singapore,Seoul,Tokyo,Osaka,Bangkok,Phuket,Jeju,Siem Reap,Phnom Penh,Chiang Mai,Malé,Colombo,Hong Kong,Macao,Taipei,Kaohsiung,etc.In April of this year,the direct route between Chongqing and Roma began to operate.Moreover,it will try to get the non-stop flight to the United States.

By far,Chongqing has developed the international sister-city relationship with 33 cities.In addition,ten countries have set up consulates general in Chongqing: the United Kingdom,Cambodia,Japan,Philippines,Hungary,Ethiopia,Canada,Denmark,Netherlands and Italy.This will be convenient for residents of Chongqing and surrounding cities to get visas,and also attract more foreign tourists to visit this city.Furthermore,it can help promote the interpersonal communication and tourism interaction between Chongqing and various countries and lead Chongqing to the world..
