十大新興產業發力成為重慶新增長點

伴隨著重慶開放提速，十大新興產業集群在重慶產業舞臺上的“戲碼”越來越多，并且開始在2015年上半年發力成為新的經濟增長點。電子核心部件、物聯網、機器人及智能裝備、高端交通裝備、新能源汽車及智能汽車、頁巖氣等一大批項目相繼開工，產業骨架開始成型。2014年僅重慶機器人和智能裝備產業產值就達100億元。電子信息產業2014年達到3683億元，惠普、宏碁等5家品牌企業扎根重慶，加上廣達、英業達等6家代工企業，以及875家配套企業，完整的電子信息產業生態系統已在重慶逐漸形成。

在電子核心部件產業方面，SK海力士芯片封裝實現達產，上半年實現產值9.4億元；京東方順利實現投產，惠科金揚液晶顯示器、富士康高清顯示模組、萊寶觸摸屏等項目合計實現產值25.1億元。

機器人及智能機床方面，華數機器人、廣數機器人已投產；力勁數控機床已經完成廠房建設，臺正數控機床正在推進廠房建設。

新材料方面，石墨烯制備取得成功，首批石墨烯手機已經上市。

頁巖氣方面，中石化涪陵頁巖氣目前日均產量約1000萬方，1-6月累計產量9億方，實現產值16.3億元。

生物醫藥方面，天地藥業腫瘤類原料藥開工建設，日本Hi-Lex人工心臟項目已完成樣品組裝，即將進入國家審批流程。

與此同時，互聯網、云計算、大數據產業加速發展。中國聯通西部數據中心二期、騰訊云計算中心開工，中國移動重慶數據中心一期、中國電信重慶數據中心建設進展順利；浪潮政務云、斐訊云計算、安碩金融云等40個重點項目落戶我市，計劃總投資110億元。

上半年我市戰略性新興產業數據

如今，重慶十大戰略性新興產業的骨架已基本成型，正在成為全市經濟新的增長點。

As Chongqing accelerates its opening up,the top ten emerging industrial clusters are playing more and more important roles in Chongqing industrial stage,and begin to boom to become economic new growth points in the first half of 2015.A large number of projects such as electronic core components,the Internet of Things,robot and intelligent equipment,high-end equipment,new energy vehicles and smart cars,shale gas are starting to operate in succession,which helps to form a basic industrial framework.In 2014,only the output value of robot and intelligent equipment industry in Chongqing reached 10 billion yuan,and electronic information industry was up to 368.3 billion yuan.A complete ecological system of electronic information industry has gradually formed in Chongqing with the entry of five brand companies such as Hewlett-Packard,Acer,six OEM enterprises like Quanta,Inventec and 875 supporting enterprises.

As for the industry of electronic core components,SK Hynix chip packaging has reached design capacity with output of 940 million yuan during the first half of the year;BOE Technology has smoothly put into production and some other projects like HKC Jin Yang LCD,Foxconn HD display module,Leybold touch screen have achieved total output value of 2.51 billion yuan.

In terms of robot and intelligent machines,Wasu and GSK robots have been put into production;the plant construction of Nekon CNC machine has been completed and the plant construction of Taizheng CNC machine is underway.

In new materials,the production of graphene gets successful and the first batch of graphene mobile phone already go public.

In shale gas,Fuling shale gas of Sinopec has achieved about 10 million cubes of average daily output;the total output from January to June is up to 900 million cubes,realizing the output value of 1.63 billion yuan.

In biological medicine,tumor APIs of Tiandi pharmacy has come into construction;the sample assembly of Hi - Lex artificial heart project of Japan has been completed and ready to enter the national approval process.

Meanwhile,the Internet,cloud computing,big data industry are accelerating to develop along with some construction projects such as the west data center phase II of China Unicom,Tencent cloud computing center,Chongqing data center phase I of China mobile,Chongqing data centre of China telecom are all going smoothly;40 key projects such as Wave of e-government Cloud,Fiji-cloud computing and Ishares financial cloud have settled in Chongqing with planning a total investment of 11 billion yuan.

Today,the top ten strategic emerging industries in Chongqing have basically taken shape,and are endeavoring to become new economic growth points in the whole city..
