〔摘要〕為促進NFC手機近場支付的應用,對其用戶、潛在用戶的使用意愿影響因素進行對比分析。首先,本文基于修正后的VAM模型,采用結構方程建模方法對348份有效樣本做統計分析。結果表明,感知便利性、感知風險、消費者創新、感知替代性是影響使用意愿的主要因素;感知便利性對感知價值呈最顯著的預測作用;感知費用、感知復雜性對感知價值均無顯著影響;用戶與潛在用戶在感知風險、感知替代性等若干變量上存在顯著差異。最后,根據實證分析結果,為運營商提供了幾點利于擴大市場的營銷策略。

A Study on the Intention to Use NFC Mobile Phone
Payment and Strategies to Expand the NFC Market

〔Abstract〕In order to promote the application of NFC mobile phone payment,a contrastive analysis was developed to explain the intention factors to its users and potential users.Firstly,Based on the modified VAM model,this paper used structural equation model to analyze 348 valid samples.The results indicate that perceived convenience,perceived risk,consumer innovation and perceived alternative are the main factors affecting the usage intention.Perceived convenience is the most important predictor of perceived value.Perceived cost and perceived complexity have no significant effect on perceived value.Perceived risk and perceived alternative have significant different influences on its users and potential users.Finally,according to the results,some marketing strategies was provided for operators to expand the market.

NFC(Near Field Communication)手機近場支付是基于射頻技術和智能手機的無密碼小額支付方式。使用者不需要輸入密碼,直接在支持近場支付的POS終端機前晃一下手機,便可完成支付[1]。該模式在我國尚未普及。2009年,中國移動效仿日韓歐美一些國家的NFC手機近場支付技術,推出RF-SIM卡,實現無密碼,刷手機消費功能。2010年,聯通相繼推出SIM-PASS雙面手機卡,在世博會上,快餐店,便利店大顯刷手機支付的便利性。此后三星,諾基亞,小米制造商又在國內發行支持NFC近場支付的手機系列。然而以上的幾種技術并沒有被推廣普及起來。2011年末,浦發銀行自主推出借記卡與小額無需密碼快捷支付合一卡,后與移動聯合,發行將這種技術與SIM卡融合的雙面手機卡。……
