高校企業貧困村地方區域信息資源服務平臺建設研究

〔摘要〕建立地方區域信息資源服務平臺是時代對區域社會經濟發展提出的新要求。其實質是在新的歷史條件下整合和發揮好一定區域內高校、企業、地方政府三方面密切合作才能形成的信息資源開發與利用優勢。這種信息資源服務的新模式，運用資源整合、服務拓展、組織活動的方式構建三方合作平臺，強調隊伍建設和宣傳力度，追求在平等互利的基礎上當前利益和長遠利益的有機結合。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕The Construction of Local Service Platform for Information Resources is a new requirement of regional social and economic development in the new era.The essence is to integrate advantages in the devlopment and utilization of information resources brought by close cooperation among university,enterprises and local government in a certain area.Through resources integration,services expansion and activities organizing,this new pattern constructs a cooperative platform,which focuses on talent training and information releasing,and tries to peruse a balance between immediate interests and long-term interests on the basis of equality and mutual benefits.

隨著網絡及計算機技術的迅猛發展，未來經濟發展步入了知識經濟競爭的時代。農業作為我國國民經濟的基礎,也必須要適應社會主義市場經濟的運行機制,在鮮活的市場機制中求生存、謀發展。地方基層農業則需要深入開發地方特色，創建有自己特色的地方區域農業經濟，在城鄉一體化的進程下，逐步邁入知識經濟競爭的行列。而為了讓廣大基層農民從傳統農業中解脫出來，提升農民科學素質和種、養業技術水平，通過建立地方區域信息資源服務平臺，為地方農村合作社、村委會、各級農業管理部門、當地農民提供正確的決策依據和及時的農業信息是一種知識型社會發展的趨勢。……
