“近年來重慶的快速發(fā)展令人驚訝，基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)方面尤其迅速，重慶人民的生活越來越好，渝新歐鐵路的開通也為當?shù)貛砀嗟暮献鳈C會，保稅港的設(shè)立為國際進出口貿(mào)易提供了平臺，重慶變得越來越國際化，外國駐渝總領(lǐng)事館也越來越多，我們也希望積極參與到重慶的建設(shè)中來。”9月26日，重慶市召開外國駐渝總領(lǐng)事館座談會，匈牙利駐渝總領(lǐng)事海博在會上首先發(fā)言，對重慶的發(fā)展提出了自己的意見和建議。

來自加拿大、日本、英國、丹麥、柬埔寨、菲律賓、匈牙利、埃塞俄比亞、荷蘭、意大利等10個國家駐渝總領(lǐng)事館負責人及代表就促進雙方發(fā)展、進一步加深合作等主題暢所欲言。

副市長劉強、市政府副秘書長艾揚、市政府外僑辦主任朱晞顏等參加了座談會。

匈牙利駐渝總領(lǐng)事海博：期望建立更多國際學校

海博說，2014年是中華人民共和國建國65周年，匈牙利作為第一批與中國建交的國家之一，今年也是兩國建交65周年紀念日。在他的4年任期里，見證了匈牙利與重慶在物流、環(huán)保、食品加工等方面的合作，如今雙方在汽車摩托車技術(shù)研發(fā)等方面已有具體的合作項目。

但同時他也提到，重慶作為中國西南地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟中心，在國外的宣傳力度還有所欠缺，建議重慶應(yīng)加強宣傳，建立交流平臺，例如在國外設(shè)立重慶代表處，多多推廣重慶，也可以幫助當?shù)卣私庵貞c，他認為，在歐洲建立一個關(guān)于重慶的區(qū)域性平臺是有必要的。“匈牙利愿與重慶在各個領(lǐng)域展開交流，希望能在重慶建立一個歐洲中小企業(yè)的孵化園，為歐洲企業(yè)建立一個長期服務(wù)貿(mào)易平臺，為雙方帶來更多益處。”海博說。

除了在城市發(fā)展上給出了有力的建議，海博還提出，為了吸引更多的外籍人才來到重慶，希望能建立更多的國際學校和更完善的醫(yī)療服務(wù)，這對長期居住在重慶的外國人來說將是一個極大的便利，也是吸引投資的方式之一。

丹麥駐渝總領(lǐng)事安雅：進一步推進學前教育合作

剛來重慶工作一年的丹麥駐渝總領(lǐng)事安雅也表達了來到這座生機勃勃的城市的興奮之情，她也表示，中國與丹麥的外交聯(lián)系一直以來都非常強。今年下半年領(lǐng)事館將與重慶市教委在學前教育上進行會談，簽訂一系列諒解備忘錄，并與企業(yè)、機構(gòu)等展開合作，推進兩地教育往來。她還透露，將和九龍坡區(qū)一所幼兒園進行洽談合作。“也許因為我是一名女性，所以在幼兒學前教育這一領(lǐng)域比較重視。當然我們也會在環(huán)境保護上開展合作，比如污水處理、土地修復等。”安雅說，丹麥在養(yǎng)殖加工方面一直有很良好的技術(shù)，如今也正將這些技術(shù)引入重慶，并與榮昌縣在生豬育種方面展開合作。

日本駐渝總領(lǐng)事光岡英行：重慶-大阪直航開通 推廣重慶旅游

“春秋航空今年開通了重慶至大阪的直航，更加方便了兩國人員往來。”日本駐渝總領(lǐng)事光岡英行則提出，重慶與日本的經(jīng)貿(mào)交流正處在快速增長的階段，目前在渝的日資企業(yè)已達140家。政府的支持配合，以及兩國的友城交流，也是兩國關(guān)系的重要組成部分。“我們應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強地方間交流，并希望能在明年初開通重慶至東京的直航。”光岡英行認為，重慶有非常好的旅游資源，擁有許多國家級5A景區(qū)，像武隆、四面山、黑山谷都有很美麗的景色。重慶還有優(yōu)質(zhì)的溫泉，而日本人民卻對這座城市知之甚少，希望兩地政府與民眾能共同努力，多多宣傳重慶，吸引更多的日本人民來重慶觀光。

加拿大駐渝總領(lǐng)事歐陽飛：安大略省將在渝設(shè)立辦事處

剛從成都回來就直接來參加座談會的加拿大駐渝總領(lǐng)事歐陽飛也積極發(fā)言，表示對剛剛結(jié)束不久的重慶市長經(jīng)濟顧問團年會印象深刻。他表示，重慶與加拿大之間的交流一向活躍，加拿大的冰酒在重慶一直深受歡迎，重慶企業(yè)“走出去”也已成為一種趨勢，希望雙方在綠色建筑、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品等加強合作。“今年底，加拿大安大略省將在渝設(shè)立辦事處，多倫多與重慶也是姐妹城市，我們希望重慶也能在加拿大設(shè)立辦事處，促進雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)交流。”

意大利駐渝總領(lǐng)事館領(lǐng)事隨員德拉薩拉：推動兩地文化交流互動

意大利駐渝總領(lǐng)事館領(lǐng)事隨員德拉薩拉發(fā)言，表示為了提升重慶這座城市品牌，應(yīng)該從其地理、歷史、文化等方面加以強調(diào)，這些都是重慶獨一無二的特色。意大利也期望與重慶在經(jīng)濟、科學、文化等領(lǐng)域展開合作，同時也積極在重慶舉辦更多活動來共同服務(wù)重慶的國際化發(fā)展需求。“除了在重慶建立更多的國際學校，重慶還應(yīng)該推動除英語以外的外國語言，增強人們的國際化程度，提升重慶文化品位和人民的文化開放程度，我們也會從意大利帶來更多的古典、爵士等音樂演出，讓重慶的人民精神生活更豐富。我們也希望重慶可以多多舉辦一些盛事來吸引更多的意大利人民來此旅游。”德拉薩拉興致勃勃地講道。

菲律賓駐重慶代理總領(lǐng)事蘇子：期望與重慶開展機械、礦業(yè)合作

菲律賓駐重慶代理總領(lǐng)事蘇子說，重慶一直在努力發(fā)展成為一座智慧城市，菲律賓也與重慶在機械、礦業(yè)等方面開展合作。蘇子還得意地表示，自己很喜歡重慶的解放碑，為此還給自己的女兒取了一個中文名叫“蘇解放”，以表達對重慶的喜愛。

此后，英國駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館雙邊關(guān)系領(lǐng)事羅逸城也用一口流利的中文發(fā)表了自己的看法，表示支持在重慶建立歐洲中小企業(yè)服務(wù)區(qū)的建議；柬埔寨駐重慶代理總領(lǐng)事婁西倫、埃塞俄比亞駐重慶總領(lǐng)事吉爾馬·泰莫斯艮也陸續(xù)發(fā)言，表示將與重慶在未來展開更多的合作。

On September 26, Chongqing government held talks with foreign Consulate-General in Chongqing. Representatives of 10 countries of the Consulates General in Chongqing, such as Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Cambodia, the Philippines, Hungary, Ethiopia, the Netherlands, and Italy put forward their views and suggestions on the development of Chongqing, promoting mutual development and deepening cooperation.

Consul General of Hungary in Chongqing: expecting to build more international schools

Consul General of Hungary in Chongqing, Mr. Hajba Tamos said, 2014 is the 65th anniversary of Hungary as one of the fi rst country establishing diplomatic tie with China. During his 4-year stay he witnessed cooperation between Hungary and Chongqing in logistics, environmental protection, food processing and other aspects, right now there has been a long-term cooperation project for both sides in car and motorcycle technology research and development.

But he also mentioned that as an economic center in Southwest China, Chongqing lacks of publicity abroad,he recommended that Chongqing should promote itself more, setting up a communication platform, such as establishing a Chongqing representative of fi ce abroad, which can also help local governments understand Chongqing.In his view, it is necessary to establish a regional platform about Chongqing in Europe.“Hungary is willing to interact with Chongqing in all fi elds, hoping to build an incubator for small and medium European enterprises in Chongqing, building a trading platform for long-term services for European companies in order to bring more bene fi ts to both sides.”Hajba said.

Besides the advice on urban development, Hajba also suggested that in order to attract more foreign talent to Chongqing, Chongqing should build more international schools and better health care services for foreigners residing permanently in Chongqing, which would be a great convenience and also a way of attracting foreign investment.

Consul General of Denmark in Chongqing: further promoting cooperation in pre-school education

Anja Villefrance,the Consul General of Denmark in Chongqing, who has just been worked in Chongqing for one year expressed her excitement of this vibrant city.She also said that the foreign relations between China and Denmark has always been very strong. Consul General of Japan in Chongqing: Chongqing-Osaka fl ight launched to promote tourism

Consul General of Canada in Chongqing: will set up an Ontario province Of fi ce in Chongqing

Deputy Consul-General of Cambodia Consulate General in Chongqing: expecting Cooperation with Chongqing in Mining and Mechanical Industry

Mr. Neov Sinoeun, the Deputy Consul-General of Cambodia Consulate General in Chongqing said, Chongqing has been trying to become a smart city; Cambodia also has cooperation with Chongqing in machinery, mining and so on. He hopes that Phnom Penh in Cambodia can establish a sister city relationship with Chongqing, promoting economic development and cultural exchanges between the people of the two places. Mr. Sinoeun said exultingly that he loves the Jiefangbei in Chongqing; he even got his daughter a Chinese name called "Lou Jiefang" as an expression of love for Chongqing.

Meanwhile, the Vice Consul of Consulate General of Philippines in Chongqing, Mr. Duke A. Villanueva, Consul-General of Ethiopia in Chongqing, Mr. Girma Temesgen also addressed in turn, hoping to start more cooperation with Chongqing in the future.
