溝通帶來民族理解和利益均衡重慶在2014中德文化論壇上倍受關注

9月19日-22日，由中國人民對外友好協會、中國國際友好城市聯合會、德國國際文化交流基金會共同主辦的首屆瓦爾特·謝爾論壇——2014中德文化論壇在柏林舉行。德國外交部國務秘書馬庫斯·埃德若、中國駐德國大使館公使銜參贊韓光明、中國駐德國大使館文化參贊陳平、德國社會民主黨副主席托斯騰·謝夫-岡貝等中德各界代表共計60余人參加，中國友協副會長戶思社率團出席論壇并發表講話。

論壇會上，中國西部城市重慶備受關注。

1972年，代表德意志聯邦共和國的時任外長、之后任總統的瓦尓特·謝爾與代表中華人民共和國的周恩來總理締結外交關系。謝爾說：“艱難時期，中徳兩國政府致力于合作。全世界再次見證，超越體制限制的民族理解和利益均衡是可以實現的。”為進一步推動中德兩國文化交流與發展的，以95高齡的德國前總統瓦尓特·謝爾命名的首屆中德論壇將在柏林啟動，擬定2016年在北京舉行。

戶思社在發言中回顧了中德文化源遠流長的交流歷程，介紹了中國友協在中德文化交流方面所做的工作，提出未來推進中德文化交流應當利用民間組織力量，發揮民眾主體作用，繼續打造固有品牌，探索創新交流平臺，擴大合作范圍，豐富合作領域。德國外交部國務秘書馬庫斯·埃德若對論壇的積極作用與重要意義給予了高度肯定，特別談到中國對外友協在促進中德文化交流與中德人民友好方面所做出的貢獻表示感謝。中國駐德國大使館公使銜參贊韓光明及文化參贊陳平均表示，此次論壇是中德文化交流創新的成果，希望中國友協與中國友城聯合會在今后的工作中繼續積極發揮引領和橋梁作用，將“瓦爾特·謝爾論壇”打造成為中德文化交流可持續品牌項目。

中國地方政府的代表在會上分別結合本地實際，就友好城市在推進中德城市及地方交流中的作用進行了發言。德國政界、教育界、文化界、企業界代表分別從各自領域闡述了中德交流與合作現狀與前景。

會上，中國西部城市重慶在論壇上受到關注。來自重慶的代表介紹了重慶作為中國西南地區和長江上游最大的經濟中心城市，是中國西部最具投資潛力的特大城市，其得天獨厚的區位條件、功能完備的基礎設施、實力雄厚的工業基礎、力量富集的科技教育、潛力巨大的市場需求優勢，引起與會代表的積極反響，大家紛紛就友好城市關系如何可持續發展、如何為城市文化、經濟發展服務展開了熱烈討論。中德雙方，對穿越歐亞大陸、從重慶直達德國杜伊斯堡的新絲綢之路，即起點在中國重慶、終點在德國杜伊斯堡的“渝新歐”鐵路的發展，充滿信心。?

Communication Brings National Understanding and Balance of Interests Chongqing Gets Attention in 2014 China-Germany Culture Forum

The first Walter Scheel Forum--2014 China-Germany Culture Forum hosted by the CPAFFC, the China International Friendship Cities Association and the Germany International Cultural Exchange Foundation was held in Berlin on September 19 – 22nd.Mr. Markus Ederer, Germany Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Mr. Han Guangming, Minister-Counselor of Chinese embassy to Germany; Mr. Chen Ping, cultural attaché of Chinese embassy to Germany; Deputy Chairman of Germany Social Democratic Party and other 60 people attended this forum, Vice President of the CPAFFC, Mr. Hu Sishe led a delegation to attend the forum and delivered a speech.

The city in the West China - Chongqing was paid lots of attention on this forum.

In 1972, Mr. Walter Scheel, the former Foreign Minister, also the former President on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany concluded diplomatic relations with former Premier of China, Mr. Zhou Enlai. Mr.Scheel said,” The Chinese and German governments were committed to cooperation in tough times. Once again, the whole world witnessed again that national understanding and interests balance beyond the institutional constraints can be achieved. ”To further promote the development of Sino-German bilateral cultural exchanges, the China-Germany Culture Forum under the name of the 95 years old of former President of Germany, Mr.Walter Scheel was first launched in Berlin and will be developed in Beijing in 2016.

Mr. Hu Sishe reviewed the long history of exchanges between China and German and introduced the work of the CPAFFC in China-German cultural exchanges, proposed in the future to advance the Sino-German cultural exchanges should be harnessing the power of civil society organizations, play the public role, inherent in continuing to build the brand, explore innovation exchange platform, expanding the scope of cooperation, enrich the fi elds of cooperation.

Mr. Markus Ederer highly praised positive role and the importance of the forum, particularly expressed appreciation for the contribution made by the CPAFFC in promoting Sino-German cultural exchanges and friendship. Han Guangming and Chen Ping both said that this Forum is the fruit of Sino-German cultural exchange innovation; hoping the CPAFFC and the China International Friendship Cities Association play an active leading role and bridge in the future to continue to build the “Walter Scheel Forum " a sustainable brand for Sino-German cultural exchange project.

The city in the West China - Chongqing was paid lots of attention on this forum. Representative from Chongqing introduced this economic center city in the southwest of China and in the upper reaches of Yangtze River, which is a major city in the West of China with most investment potential. its unique location condition, complete function of based facilities, strong industrial based, powerfully rich set of technology education, and huge potential of market needs advantage caused active response of participating representatives, who all discussed on the sustainable development on friendly city relationship, and how to serve the development of city culture and economy. China and Germany had full of confidence of the development of“Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe" railway.
