醫院消毒滅菌效果的監測與分析

[摘要] 目的 監測醫院消毒供應室的消毒滅菌效果和質量，為完善醫院消毒滅菌工作提供可靠的理論依據。 方法開展“消毒供應室消毒滅菌效果監測”活動，主要對我院消毒供應室的壓力蒸汽滅菌器、清洗效果、消毒質量三個項目進行監測，監測結果判斷標準參考《醫院消毒衛生標準》中的醫院衛生標準及各儀器使用標準。 結果 醫院消毒供應室在壓力蒸汽滅菌器監測項目中，BD實驗監測合格率為100%，工藝監測項目合格率為100%，化學監測項目合格率為100%；在清洗效果監測項目中，清洗機性能監測合格率為96.67%，清洗機清洗效果監測合格率為93.33%，手工清洗效果監測合格率為96.40%；在消毒質量監測項目中，濕熱消毒質量監測合格率為91.30%，化學消毒質量監測合格率為90.20%，器具消毒效果監測合格率為87.60%。 結論 本院消毒供應室的整體消毒滅菌效果良好，在今后的工作中應進一步加強管理，加大規范操作技術，加強對醫療手術衛生設施的資金投入，降低醫院感染發生率。

[Abstract] Objective To monitor the disinfection effect and quality of the hospital disinfection supply room， analysis to perfect the hospital disinfection work provides reliable theoretical basis. Methods Carried out the disinfection supply room disinfection sterilization effect monitoring activities， mainly in our hospital disinfection supply room of the pressure steam sterilizer， cleaning effect， disinfection quality of three monitoring project， monitoring results judgment standard reference" the health standard for hospital disinfection "hospital hygiene standards and instruments used in the standard. Results Hospital disinfection supply room in the measurement of the pressure steam sterilizer in the project， BD experiment monitoring percent of pass was 100%， the process monitoring of the project qualified rate was 100%， the chemical monitoring project percent of pass was 100%； In cleaning effect monitoring project， cleaner performance monitoring of the percent of pass was 96.67%， 93.33%； cleaner cleaning effect monitoring， monitoring manual cleaning effect was 96.40%； In hot wet disinfection disinfection quality monitoring testing project， quality monitoring， percent of pass was 91.30% percent of pass was 90.20% chemical disinfection quality monitoring， utensils disinfection effect monitoring percent of pass was 87.60%. Conclusion Our hospital disinfection supply room in the whole disinfection sterilization effect is good， in the future should further strengthen the work of management， and increase the technology of standard operation， to strengthen medical operations funded health facilities， reduce the incidence of hospital infection.

隨著人們生活水平的提高，對醫院的醫療環境衛生要求也隨之增高。醫院里患者較多，環境污染較為嚴重，微生物數量繁多，種類也較為復雜。醫院消毒供應室是確保無菌物品供應的重要科室，它承擔著全院各科室的醫療器械、物品、敷料等的消毒滅菌工作，其消毒滅菌效果的好壞與醫院的聲譽形象及患者的安危密切相關[1]。……
