2014年10月10日,廣東造船工程學會與廣州船舶及海洋工程設計研究院聯合舉辦的“海洋工程技術發展(廣州)論壇”在廣州市越秀賓館成功舉辦。來自我會會員單位以及國內相關企業和科研院所的230多位專家和科技人員出席了論壇活動。
本次論壇邀請了SBM公司Fabrizio先生、勞氏船級社David Stentiford先生、中海油石油總院浮體首席工程師范模先生和中國船舶工業集團公司海工裝備首席專家陳巍旻先生作了題為:《FPSO設計、建造新技術現狀及發展》(Fabrizio)、《南海FPSO面臨的挑戰與思考》(范模)、《FPSO Hull Structure》(David Stentiford)、《Project Set Up》(陳巍旻)的主題報告。精彩的報告吸引了到會的聽眾,大家踴躍提問,會場互動氣氛活躍。論壇采用了中/英雙語同聲傳譯。
本次論壇得到了業界廣泛的關注和支持。廣東省科協、中國船舶工業集團公司、廣東省商務廳、廣州市外經貿局、廣州船舶工業公司、皇家造船師學會暨輪機工程及海事科技學會香港聯合分會、廣東省船舶工業協會、深圳市海洋石油服務企業協會均委派了領導和專家出席活動。省科協副巡視員湯少明在論壇交流晚宴致辭中說到:“面向海洋資源開發,大力發展海洋工程裝備”是《廣東省戰略性新興產業發展“十二五”規劃》的重要部署,海洋工程裝備制造必將是未來廣東船舶工業發展的重要方向。這次論壇,國內外的眾多專家學者云集,各抒已見,建言獻策,探討我省海洋工程裝備發展的路徑和對策,必將為推動廣東海洋經濟快速發展發揮積極的作用。
本次論壇還得到深圳市海洋石油服務企業協會、廣州廣船國際股份有限公司、中船黃埔文沖船舶有限公司、中船澄西遠航船舶(廣州)有限公司協辦。
Offshore engineering technology development forum held in Guangzhou
On October 10, 2014, the offshore engineering technology development forum jointly organized by the Guangdong Society of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and the Guangzhou Marine Engineering Corporation was held at Yuexiu Hotel in Guangzhou. 230 experts and technicians in offshore engineering field attended the forum. Leaders from Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Association, China State Shipbuilding Corporation, Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, Guangzhou Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Bureau, Guangzhou Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Hongkong Institute of Marine Technology, Guangdong Provincial Shipbuilding Industry Association, Shenzhen Offshore Oil Service Enterprises Association were present at the forum.
The forum invited Mr. Fabrizio from SBM, Mr. David Stentiford from LR, Mr. Fan Mo (chief engineer in floating body field) from CNOOC, and Mr. Chen Weimin from CSSC to make presentations respectively on the topics of The Development of New Technology for Design and Construction of FPSO, FPSO Hull Structure, Challenges and Reflections on South China Sea FPSO, Project Set Up. Tang Shaoming, deputy inspector of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Association said Guangdong Province would promote the development of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing to accelerate the exploitation of offshore oil and gas.
