新生代農民工工作—家庭關系及其對離職傾向的影響

摘要：本文利用上海、成都、義烏三地的1318個樣本數據分析了新生代農民工工作-家庭關系及其對離職傾向的影響。研究結果表明，新生代農民工工作-家庭關系由工作對家庭的沖突、家庭對工作的沖突、工作對家庭的促進和家庭對工作的促進四個概念組成。新生代農民工感受到的家庭對工作的促進相對最大，而感受到的工作對家庭的促進作用最小。工作對家庭的促進和家庭對工作的促進與離職傾向之間沒有直接關系，而工作-家庭沖突以及家庭-工作沖突對新生代農民工離職傾向都有正向影響，即新生代農民工所面臨的工作-家庭沖突和家庭-工作沖突越大，離職傾向就越強烈。

Workfamily Relationship of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

and Its Influence on Turnover Intention

Abstract：This article analyses the work and family relationship of the new generation of migrant workers and its influence on their turnover intention based on 1318 sample data collected from Shanghai， Chengdu and Yiwu. The work and family relationship of the new generation of migrant workers consists of four parts， namely， worktofamily conflict， familytowork conflict， worktofamily facilitation and familytowork facilitation. The result shows the new generation of migrant workers feel that family facilitates comparatively more for work， however， work facilitates less for family. It turns out to be that the facilitation between work and family has no direct relationship to turnover intention； instead， worktofamily conflict and familytowork conflict have direct impacts on their turnover intention. In a word， the more worktofamily conflicts and familytowork conflicts the new generation of migrant workers encounter， the more eager they will be to dismiss.
