項目旨在建造一個高質量的集體住宅。每個住宅單元蘊含一個獨特的品質生活，具體體現在 陽臺、露臺、天井、躍層空間、私人花園、視野、多朝向等。我們的作品力求把城市和建造上的約束條件轉變成優勢。

連續的大凸窗立面朝向馬塞爾-邦唐路，在這棟層疊狀建筑的另一側，坡道、自由形態的露臺沿內部花園舒展。位于人口密集的城市中心地帶，連續回縮的結構得以提供給每個住宅單元最大限度的空氣和陽光。建筑外觀的美化讓人聯想到裝飾藝術風格的工業建筑這一豐富歷史遺產。立面使用瓷釉貼面，建筑向這一時期Henri Sauvage的作品致敬，同時，以獨特的姿態佇立于布洛涅 - 比揚古城市機理中。

Our objective was to build high-quality collective housing. each housing unit incorporates within it particular qualities of life, embodied by the balconies, the terraces, the patios, the large height of the spaces, the private gardens, the views, the multiple orientations... Our building seeks to transform its urban and construction constraints into veritable assets. Opening onto rue Marcel Bontemps with continuous, large bay windows, this tiered building is lined along its interior garden side with ample,free-running terraces. located in the center of a dense urban area, the successive pulling back of the building’s structure creates the conditions in which a maximum amount of air and light is provided to each housing unit. the “landscape” of this building evokes the rich heritage of “Art deco” industrial buildings. And in paying homage to this epoch and the works of Henri sauvage, the building, with its enameled plate fa?ade, establishes a unique presence in the urban context of Boulogne-Billancourt.
