摘要:游客的感知與評價對鄉(xiāng)村旅游地發(fā)展具有重要意義。利用IPA方法,在問卷調(diào)查的基礎上,分析了游客對上王村各旅游因子的重要性和滿意度及其匹配情況。提出鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展應做精做強游客看重并比較滿意的吸引物;積極改善游客看重但滿意度低的吸引物;暫緩開發(fā)游客不太看重且滿意度較低的吸引物;此外,要建立監(jiān)控體系,對游客需求與感知進行動態(tài)掌控。

Researches on the Rural Tourism Destination Development Based on Tourist’s Perception and Evaluation——Taking Xi’an Shangwang Village as an Example

Abstract: The perception and evaluation of tourists are very important to the development of rural tourism destination. The importance of every factor to tourist, visitor’s satisfaction to each factor, the matching condition between importance and satisfaction were analyzed using IPA method based on a questionnaire survey. Based on the different tourists’ expectation and satisfaction, the countermeasures and proposals were put forwarded.

游客對鄉(xiāng)村旅游地旅游產(chǎn)品、旅游服務等所形成的感受與評價,對旅游地發(fā)展建設具有重要的指導意義[1]。游客負面的感知與評價能夠幫助旅游地找出經(jīng)營中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),為其建設與完善提供正確方向,使旅游地建設決策有的放矢;游客正面的感知與評價不僅能夠提振自身的重游意愿,而且會產(chǎn)生良好的“口碑效應”,形成正向反饋,從而促使更多的人參與當?shù)氐穆糜位顒樱瑸槁糜蔚氐某志梅睒s提供保障。因此,從旅游者角度對鄉(xiāng)村旅游地的發(fā)展進行審視,無疑是鄉(xiāng)村旅游地發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、提升品質(zhì)、改善形象,實現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展的最好途徑。
基于游客的鄉(xiāng)村旅游感知與評價近年來得到國內(nèi)旅游學術(shù)界的持續(xù)關注。如董觀志等[2]從旅游資源、配套設施條件、旅游活動質(zhì)量的維度分析了鄉(xiāng)村旅游者感知質(zhì)量;姚娟[3]研究證明新疆城郊型鄉(xiāng)村農(nóng)莊旅游質(zhì)量的游客感知主要表現(xiàn)在外部綜合形象、核心吸引資源、接待服務態(tài)度與質(zhì)量、農(nóng)莊旅游基礎設施4個層面;……
