摘要:生產(chǎn)工藝條件影響著微生物發(fā)酵飼料的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量,試驗(yàn)對(duì)一種微生物飼料發(fā)酵的淀粉原料組成與含量、物料含水量、發(fā)酵菌液pH、發(fā)酵溫度和發(fā)酵時(shí)間等工藝條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,接種釀酒酵母(Sacharomyces cerevisiae)和乳酸菌(唾液鏈球菌嗜熱亞種Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus)的最優(yōu)發(fā)酵工藝條件為玉米淀粉250 kg、豆粕4 000 kg、淀粉酶0.85 kg、糖化酶0.30 kg、物料含水量34%~36%、發(fā)酵菌液pH 5.0、發(fā)酵溫度30 ℃和發(fā)酵時(shí)間90 h。

Technology Optimization of Microbial Fermentation Feeds

Abstract: The technological conditions influencing the quality and quantity of microbial fermentation feeds were optimized on starch composition and content, water content, pH value, temperature and fermentation time. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions for sacharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus included 250 kg cornstarch, 4 000 kg soybean meal, 0.85 kg amylase, 0.30 kg saccharifying enzyme, 34%~36% moisture, fermentation 90 h under pH 5.0 and at 30 ℃.

微生物發(fā)酵飼料的生產(chǎn)與應(yīng)用是目前飼料工業(yè)和養(yǎng)殖業(yè)最熱門(mén)的內(nèi)容[1],其生產(chǎn)和應(yīng)用歷史也較為悠久,形式多樣[2]。微生物發(fā)酵飼料是利用乳酸菌、酵母菌、芽孢桿菌等有益菌種,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)和輕工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各種副產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行發(fā)酵降解,生成含有機(jī)酸、可溶性多肽等物質(zhì),適口性好、營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富、有益活菌含量高的生物飼料或飼料原料[3]。除菌種外,生產(chǎn)工藝條件也是決定微生物發(fā)酵飼料產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的主要因素[4]。本試驗(yàn)通過(guò)對(duì)一種微生物發(fā)酵飼料的原料種類(lèi)、配比組成、發(fā)酵溫度、發(fā)酵菌液pH及發(fā)酵時(shí)間等工藝條件的研究,探討適合微生物發(fā)酵飼料的最佳工藝,為微生物發(fā)酵飼料的生產(chǎn)和應(yīng)用提供相關(guān)的理論參考或依據(jù)。
1 材料與方法
1.1 材料
發(fā)酵原料:豆粕、陳米粉、紅糖、棉粕、菜粕、玉米淀粉、馬鈴薯淀粉等均由福建龍巖金和動(dòng)物飼料有限公司提供。
其他試劑及材料:淀粉酶(1,4-α-D-葡聚糖麥芽水解酶),購(gòu)自南京都萊生物技術(shù)有限公司,酶活2 000 U/g;……
