摘要:首次報道了分離自杠板歸(Polygonum perfoliatum)的12個單體化合物的抗煙草青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)和殺全齒復(fù)活線蟲(Panagrellus redivivus)的活性。結(jié)果表明,4個黃酮、苯醌、生物堿等類型化合物對煙草青枯病菌有拮抗活性,7個三萜、甾體、黃酮、糖脂類成分具有殺線蟲活性。杠板歸對煙草青枯病菌和線蟲具有化學(xué)防治功效,可為其相關(guān)農(nóng)藥研制提供依據(jù)。

Studies on the Biocontrol Activity of Compounds from Polygonum perfoliatum

Abstract: The toxicities against Ralstonia solanacearum and Panagrellus redivivus of twelve compounds isolated from Polygonum perfoliatum were reported for the first time. Results showed that four compounds corresponding to three types of flavonoid, quinone, and alkaloid exhibited definite toxicities against R. solanacearum and 7 compounds including terpenoids, steroids, flavonoids and glycolipids had the marginal toxicities against P. redivivus. The study indicated that P. perfoliatum possessed the chemical control against R. solanacearum and P. redivivus, laying groundwork for development of relate pesticide from this plant.

杠板歸(Polygonum perfoliatum)別名梨頭刺[1]、河白草、蛇倒退[2]等,為蓼科蓼屬一年生攀援草本植物[3]。其生于山谷、灌木叢中或水溝旁,廣泛分布于江蘇、浙江、福建、江西、廣東、廣西、四川、湖南、貴州等地,具有利水消腫、清熱解毒、止咳等功效[4-7]。目前,國內(nèi)對杠板歸全植物的藥理活性相關(guān)報道發(fā)現(xiàn)杠板歸水提物具有止咳祛痰和治療疥瘡等作用[4,6]。杠板歸中化學(xué)成分結(jié)構(gòu)類型多樣,國外的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)主要含有香豆素類衍生物[8,9]、三萜類化合物(如諾米林酸類衍生物)[9,10]、蔗糖酯衍生物(如蔗糖苯基丙酸酯)[11-13]以及新黃酮類聚合物(neoflavonoids)[8]。
前期作者對杠板歸中化學(xué)成分進行了深入的分離鑒定工作,發(fā)現(xiàn)還含有甾體類和神經(jīng)酰胺類生物堿成分[14]。目前關(guān)于杠板歸中單體化合物的生物活性研究報道較少。在前期研究基礎(chǔ)上對杠板歸中分離鑒定的12個單體化合物進行抗煙草青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)和殺全齒復(fù)活線蟲(Panagrellus redivivus)活性研究,以期為創(chuàng)新農(nóng)藥的研制提供一定的參考。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗材料
