摘要:分別對(duì)四季櫻草(Primula obconica Hance)葉片和花噴施脫落酸(ABA)、氯化鈣(CaCl2)、磷酸二氫鉀(KH2PO4)和抗凍必施,10 d后取相同部位的葉片和花在不同溫度處理下測(cè)定其相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率、游離脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。結(jié)果表明,與對(duì)照相比,4種外源物質(zhì)不同程度地提高了四季櫻草花和葉的抗寒性;噴施ABA對(duì)葉片效果更為明顯,而噴施KH2PO4對(duì)花瓣的效果更為明顯。

Effects of Exogenous Substances on Cold Resistance Capacity of Primula obconica Hance

Abstract: The leaves and flowers of Primula obconica Hance was sprayed with ABA, CaCl2, KH2PO4, and Antifreeze agent 10 days later the relative electric conductivity, Pro and MDA content for the same parts of the leaves and flowers by different low temperature treatment were determined. Results showed that compared with the control, four kinds of exogenous substances improved the cold resistance capacity of P. obconica Hance at different levels. The effect of spraying ABA on leaves and spraying KH2PO4 on flowers was more obvious than that of others.

目前對(duì)花卉抗寒性的研究較多[1-4],對(duì)外源物質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)植物抗寒性原理和應(yīng)用技術(shù)的研究也較多[5-13],但對(duì)外源物質(zhì)對(duì)花卉抗寒性影響方面的研究較少。現(xiàn)在城市冬季用花的品種和數(shù)量越來越多,但是低溫和凍害對(duì)部分花卉的栽培和觀賞性危害較大。四季櫻草(Primula obconica Hance)為多年生草本,花期長,花量大,色彩多樣,耐短期低溫,對(duì)溫度反應(yīng)敏感。在-3 ℃下莖、葉和花瓣凍傷50%以上。可在12月開花,是早冬和初春重要的花卉。為了豐富冬季用花的品種,提高花卉的觀賞性,以四季櫻草為材料,研究噴施不同外源物質(zhì)對(duì)其抗寒性的影響,以期為外源物質(zhì)在冬季花卉生產(chǎn)上的應(yīng)用提供參考。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗(yàn)材料
由荷蘭引進(jìn)四季櫻草春雷系列的種子,穴盤育苗,定植在14 cm×16 cm雙色盆中,在同一時(shí)間選擇株型和花量較一致的盆花進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)處理。
1.2 試驗(yàn)設(shè)置
用去離子水將不同外源物質(zhì)配制成溶液,并均勻噴施在四季櫻草盆花的葉片和花上,噴到滴水為止,以去離子水處理的作對(duì)照,處理時(shí)間為10 d,每5 d噴施一次,共噴施2次。……
