側柏葉及其炮制品在卷煙濾嘴中的應用

摘要：試驗采用Headspace-SPME-GC-MS分析結合卷煙感官質量評價考察了側柏[Platyeladus orientalis（L.）Franco]葉炮制工藝對卷煙抽吸品質的影響及不同炮制工藝得到的側柏葉樣品對卷煙主流煙氣常規及有害成分釋放量的影響，并對不同側柏葉樣品在卷煙濾嘴中應用的可行性進行了分析評價。結果表明，未經炮制的側柏葉1以及低溫烘制得到的側柏葉2能夠提升卷煙抽吸品質；通過烘制得到的側柏葉2樣品具有較好的卷煙降害效果。基于以上結果得出，烘制側柏葉在卷煙濾嘴中具有較好的應用前景。

The Application of Oriental Arborvitae （Platyeladus orientalis（L.） Franco） Leaves and Its Processed Production in Cigarette Filter

Abstract： In this article effects of the process of oriental arborvitae （Platyeladus orientalis（L.）Franco） leaves on cigarette sensory quality and the effect of oriental arborvitae samples from different process on cigarette smoke flavor and harmful compounds release were evaluated by Headspace-SPME-GC-MS and routine analysis of mainstream smoke. The results showed that the oriental arborvitae of baked and unprocessed samples improved smoking sensory quality. The harmful components adsorption ability of baked oriental arborvitae was better than that of others. It indicated that the baked oriental arborvitae had good prospect of application in cigarette filter.

2003年，國家煙草專賣局正式提出了發展“中式卷煙”的概念，出臺《中國卷煙科技發展綱要》文件指明了中國卷煙未來科技發展方向，“中式卷煙”是中國煙草生存與發展的必然選擇，是中國煙草平穩發展的必由之路。隨著消費者對健康的關注越來越重視，卷煙“降焦減害”已經成為了國內外煙草從業者必然的選擇。中國擁有深厚的中醫藥文化和豐富的植物資源，利用傳統中醫藥理論和豐富中草藥資源并結合現代技術開展草本減害研究，為發展“低害高香”的中式卷煙提供了一條新的途徑。

側柏葉是柏科（Cupressaceae）植物側柏[Platyeladus orientalis（L.）Franco]的干燥植鞘及葉，其性味寒，具有涼血止血的功效。側柏炭為其制炭炮制品，亦為傳統中藥。側柏葉與側柏炭性味苦、澀、寒，歸肺、肝、脾經，具有涼血止血、止咳化痰，生發烏發的功效[1]。……
