羅田縣中藥材產業發展的SWOT分析

摘要：中藥材產業是集經濟效益、生態效益和社會效益于一體的特色產業。通過對羅田縣中藥材產業規模、產業基地、產業管理和產業品牌等現狀及存在的主要問題進行調查，運用SWOT分析方法對該縣中藥材產業的發展優勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰進行了分析，并提出了推進該縣中藥材產業可持續健康協調發展的對策與建議。

SWOT Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Development

in Luotian County

Abstract： Traditional Chinese medicine industry is a special industry integrating economic， ecological and social benefits into one system. Through investigating the status and main existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine industry scale， industry base， industry management and industry brand in Luotian county， the development advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and challenges are analyzed by using SWOT analysis. Some measures and suggestions are put forward to promote the traditional Chinese medicine industry to develop in a sustainable， healthy and coordinated way.

羅田縣地處大別山南麓，素有“鄂東生物基因庫”之稱。全縣有高等植物資源1 043種，其中擁有中藥材品種資源608種[1]。近幾年來，中藥材產業發展迅猛，正在成為羅田縣農民致富的支柱產業之一[2，3]。本研究結合羅田縣中藥材產業發展的現狀，運用SWOT分析方法對羅田縣中藥材產業發展進行綜合分析，提出促進其持續健康協調發展的建議和對策，以期推進羅田縣經濟社會持續協調發展及生態環境建設。

1 羅田縣中藥材發展概況

羅田縣土地總面積為212 913.33 hm2。從土地資源結構看，林地、園地為主要土地類型，占總面積的68.33%，其分布與全縣北高南低的地勢相對應，氣候適合發展中藥材生產。2010年全縣農戶中藥材種植收入過萬元的有8 500戶，過5萬元的有826戶，過10萬元的有220戶，過30萬元的有6戶，過100萬元的有2戶。2011年新發展中藥材3 533.33 hm2，全縣人工種植面積達到9 200 hm2，年產量4.5萬t，產值達5.3億元。中藥材產業已成為羅田縣名副其實的“幸福”產業。不僅如此，中藥材產業還帶動了羅田縣旅游業的發展。……
