摘要:試驗研究了不同種類及用量的肥料對甘薯(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)葉片的影響。結果表明,不同肥料處理對于提高甘薯葉片營養品質和抗逆性有差異。其中,處理7(1.250 kg/m2牛糞+1.250 kg/m2羊糞)對提高甘薯葉片VC含量效果最顯著; 處理14(1.250 kg/m2雞糞+1.250 kg/m2羊糞)對提高甘薯葉片可溶性蛋白質、纖維素含量及過氧化物酶活性效果最顯著;處理6(1.250 kg/m2牛糞+1.250 kg/m2雞糞)對提高甘薯葉片可溶性總糖含量效果最顯著;處理6和處理7對提高甘薯葉片還原糖含量效果最顯著。

Effects of Manure Fertilization on Physiological Characteristics and Nutritional Qualities of Sweet Potato Leaf

Abstract: The effects of different kinds and dose of manure fertilization on the physiological characteristics and nutritional qualities of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas Lam.) leaf were studied. The result showed that the treatment No.7(1.250 kg/m2 cattle manure +1.250 kg/m2 sheep manure) had the most significant effect in increasing vitamin C(VC) content in sweet potato leaf. The treatment No.14(1.250 kg/m2 chicken manure +1.250 kg/m2 sheep manure) had the most significant effect in improving content of soluble protein and cellulose, activity of peroxidase and malondialdehyde in sweet potato leaf. The treatment No.6(1.250 kg/m2 cattle manure+1.250 kg/m2 chicken manure) had the most significant effect in enhancing the content of soluble sugar. The treatment No.6 and treatment No.7 increased the content of reductive sugar most significantly.

甘薯(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)為一年或多年生旋花科蔓生草本,又名山芋、紅薯、地瓜等。甘薯具有適應性廣、抗逆性強、不擇土質、植株的吸收能力和再生能力都很強等特點。甘薯在中國分布很廣,是中國重要的糧食、飼料和工業原料,種植面積約占全世界的70%左右[1]。甘薯莖葉味甘、性微涼,具有潤肺、和胃、利小便、排膿、解毒的功效,還具有抗癌、延緩衰老等作用[2,3]。
甘薯莖葉的生長期及適宜采摘期長,采摘可從7月中旬持續到9月上旬,8月高溫期是蔬菜生產淡季,而此期間正是甘薯莖尖生長的旺季,甘薯莖葉既可緩解蔬菜市場淡季,又能增加農民收入,具有較高的經濟效益和社會效益[4]。本試驗旨在研究不同肥料對甘薯葉片營養品質及抗逆性的影響。
1 材料和方法
1.1 試驗材料
供試甘薯品種為蘇薯8號。
1.2 試驗設計
試驗共設14個處理,分別為處理1:不施肥(CK);處理2:2.500 kg/m2牛糞;處理3:0.625 kg/m2牛糞+0.625 kg/m2雞糞;處理4:0.625 kg/m2牛糞+0.625 kg/m2羊糞;處理5:1.250 kg/m2牛糞;處理6:1.250 kg/m2牛糞+1.250 kg/m2雞糞;……
